Nothing Special I received this in a kit and was excited to us it as I am always looking for a great mascara. I was very disapointed! The mascara is okay, but nothing extra special. I think the problem is the brush. Just don't like it, and doesn't help the mascara to go on smoothly. Bottom line, I would not purchase seperately. 06-09-13

Very Poor Product I ordered a few months ago and returned the product immediately. The tip does not stay attached. The product is horrible. It is so thick that when you try to apply it is impossible. I have cancelled my auto ship that I thought I cancelled before and return the product today. 06-05-13

Raccoon eyes by the end of the night :( I usually wear Mally's volumizing mascara, but, like to change once in a while which is why I purchased the IT volumizing mascara. I bought it to wear in Disney on my daughters birthday. Put it on in the evening right before going to dinner and by the time I got back to the hotel, my eyes were all black underneath. Mind you, that I only put mascara on my upper lashes! I do like other IT products, just not the mascara... 03-04-13

Too hard to remove I got this in a kit. It does have clumps and is difficult to "scrub" off at night. I should have stuck with my Mally or Tarte mascara. 02-27-13

Cumbersome applicator I got this mascara as part of a 3 piece special (lipstick, eyebrow pencil). I did not care for the mascara, the applicator was cumbersome and the mascara was difficult to remove at night with eye makeup remover. I didn't experience problems during the day with it, but too much work at night to take off, and hard on my delicate eyelashes. The lipstick was OK (Damsel) and I did like the eyebrow pencil. 02-22-13

WOW! I first have to say that I am a mascara junkie! It's really the only make up I wear along with lip gloss. I've been using this mascara for a month and I soooooooo LOVE this mascara. It really is amazing, it grabs every single lash, it does not flake or clump. It has made my lashes grow and look a little thicker. I use it every single day and it does last allllll day long! I love it, it's my lash crack! I will be buying more in the future. Thanks for bringing such an amazing product. 02-21-13

Clump, Run If you shed just one tiny tear this mascara will cause an embarrassing black dot underneath your eye. It is not at all water resistant and It also clumps. Forget the ball on the tip; it is worthless because it causes more clumping.. 02-08-13

Did nothing for my eyes When I was younger I used to have long eyelashes, but as I'm now older they are not only shorter, but using a curler doesn't work anymore. I have lashes that stick straight out and thought I'd try this, but I saw no difference. I never sent it back, but got lazy and didn't. If you have long curly eyelashes it will work. But, I got the same look using Maybelline years ago. I like IT products, but now this. 02-05-13

Hellllooooooo your not kidding ! When this came to me , I gave one to my daughter and kept one . I tried this mascara and loved it . I like how it is effortless to get fantastic long lashes on stubby ones like mine . When my daughter came over after using her mascara , I could see the difference immediately when she walked in the house and I asked her , is that the Hello mascara and she smiled and said yes ! its the best I ever used , Thanks Mom . I can't believe this is not customer top rated , just use it and you can see the difference ! Totally would recommend this ! 10-29-11

Never again I fell for the sell job. Saw eyelashes that hit the eye brow and said WOW! Will not buy again, clumps, flakes and my eye lashes don't hit my eye brows. Very disappointed and hate the brush. The end ball fills with product and gets on my nose. Does not work. Don't buy, I will stick with Tarte! 10-28-11
