Preview Your Review After 4 uses of this product the water would not come out and something in side prevented the flow and then burst the hose and water came out all over. I will have to try to get a replacement, too much money for uses. I have two other ones for years and never had a problem. 10-19-14
WHAT A WASTE This is the worst hose I have ever used. It's is definitely not as easy to use as demonstrated. It takes 2 people to get it rolled out and back when you are done and it leaks. Donated to charity. Not worth it! 10-14-14
worse ever I bought this in March of 2014, at the beginning of September the hoses both started to leak. There is no way to fix them, you have to buy new ones. this is not a cheap item, however i don't see any reason to fix it when it will probably do this again. It is very hot here and the hoses can't take the extreme heat I guess. I am throwing the thing in the garbage. Didn't get much use out of it. I am so disappointed as I have shopped with QVC for several years. 09-30-14
Hyrohose Problems The actual Hydrohose is wonderful when it works but about a month into service it would not let water through. I called and they were very good about sending me a new hose. Evidently something inside the hose plugs it up. Again it worked for about a month and the same problem. They sent me yet another hose but this could really get expensive after the warranty is gone and it stops every month or so. The battery is great and has lasted all summer. I was going to order another one for the back but have changed my mind. If they could correct the hose problem this would be a wonderful product. 09-17-14
Works for Us We have 2 faucets on our house and one is in the front. In the summer my husband normally left a hose out to water the many flowers and pots we have and he also uses this faucet to wash our cars. Although we tried to conceal the hose, it was bulky and a debris catcher. I saw this on QVC and thought it was a great solution to our situation and when it arrived in March, my husband was not impressed but, so far, it is ideal for us. It looks much better than the old hose and works well for our watering needs. My husband was skeptical about the pressure for car washing, but it is fine. We've used it all summer and are pleased. We water often and I am especially pleased to have the old ugly hose gone. My husband also is surprisingly satisfied! 09-07-14
Only works for a few months I agree completely with QT56's review titled "poor purchase". The very same thing happened to me. It worked great for about three months and I absolutely loved it. I took great care to rewind it, keep it in the shade, not pull it over anything that could possibly poke a hole in it, etc. and believed all the bad reviews wouldn't happen to me. Well I just tried to turn it on and had the same experience as QT56. The water was flowing freely through the part of the hose that hooks to the casing but would not come on through the hose. I too thought there was a blockage or something, but it just leaks all over the place and won't work anymore. Worst purchase EVER for the amount of money I spent on this piece of junk. They ought to guarantee this thing for more than 30 days. My husband is going to try to replace the short piece of hose that goes from the faucet to the casing. If that is where your leak is, you might want to try it. I don't imagine the hose itself will hold up much longer but maybe we'll get a few more months out of it. 08-29-14
It's okay This hose & reel does serve it's purpose, but it also has it's down-falls. I like that it's lightweight, & that it reels. It makes it easier for someone with a bad back. Some of the negatives: the container the hose is reeled into is very light weight & it topples over when you try to pull the hose out. Also, about a month ago I tried to water my plants early morning, however, water would go from the spicket & down the short connector hose, but once it reached the main hose- no water. ??? This really baffled me. I worked with it for a half hour, & couldn't figure it out. Water wouldn't come out of the hose at all. My husband looked at it later & it worked just fine. We still don't know how that happened ?? It's still working great though! Allows me to water my plants & trees with much more ease. I think this product could use some updated technology & it'll be much better! 08-28-14
Worst Purchase Ever Love the concept and it was great for 3 months but then developed a hole in the hose and no way to repair/replace means waste of money it cost to purchase. 08-25-14
Stay away This item had some bad reviews but I thought, well they probably aren't charging it or something. But no, I've only had this for 6 months and it is terrible and barely works anymore. Plus it falls over in every direction because the plastic housing is too lightweight. If you want a good hose for your yard, look elsewhere. 08-15-14
Not So Good This item was used only for watering baskets and planters on my porch, it sprung a leak after a couple of months use. 08-11-14
Worst purchase ever Worst purchase ever. Battery won't charge the second time around, hose is broke in less than two months of use, difficult to adjust water pressure coming out...forget it if you just want a slow trickle, one little kink in the hos screws everything up. IT IS JUST THE WORST HOSE EVER!!!!! 08-07-14
Poor purchase When we first got the hose,it worked great, than after about 2 months the hose wouldn't let any water out! My husband try to fix the problem, we thought it was clogged, but it wasn't. Who ever heard of a hose where the water won't come out? After inspecting it closely, it developed small holes. To late to send it back. It was a waste of money. Don't waste your time or money on this purchase. Disappointed QVC Customer 08-03-14
