Description
The HairMax LaserComb is an at-home, FDA-cleared device to help promote hair growth in both men and women who have certain degrees of hair loss. With the Prima 9, a total of nine lasers bathe the scalp in gentle therapeutic light. Not only is it simple to use--all you do is comb hair slowly for 11 minutes, three times a week--it's even suitable on all hair colors, including permed and color-treated hair.

Did not work for Me
I returned it after 2 months. I did not see any change in any hair growth. Not to say it wouldn't work for someone else it just didn't work for me.

Thinning hair
I've been using this for about a month and think it is a wonderful product. I've been slowly losing my hair around the front ever since I was sick in 2003 from being sick and surgery. My hair has been thinning I've tried shampoos, massage, and even Rogaine nothing has worked till now. I have a hair line again not perfect but at least I have hair now and it's getting better every day. It says your hair won't show results if the root has died I was crossing my fingers hoping it hasn't been to long so if in doubt buy it and try it just in case it helps you. Their return policy makes all the difference in the world nothing to lose but shipping and handling and every thing to gain if it works. I don't want to be a bald woman and I don't think anyone male or female does that's why I decided to give this a chance. Happy I did.

Hair regrow laser
Long history of extreme hair thinning after having children had me using women’s rogaine for a hair loss solution. I hated putting chemicals on my skin. I was so interested in the laser as my endocrinologist suggested a similar office laser option for $3000. After thee ish weeks no longer losing hair .
. Same results as rogaine with out the chemicals for my liver to deal with no full brush , no full shower drain of my hair

Good Purchase
I've been using this for 2 years. I see a big improvement in my hair. My hairline is restored and the overall hair is easier to manage and looks fuller. I paid $100 more than the current price and it was worth it! I now use it 1-2 times a week and with this model I can target areas I want to improve.

First One They Sent Was Defective
Wouldn't charge or turn on,,, did for the first 2 days,, and completely dead after that,, so it was returned,,,, replacement came and is being used now....so we'll see how it works then,,tried this 2 years ago with Zero results,,, so hopefully this version works better.

Glad I tried it
I used the Prima 7 as directed two different years with no results. Then I tried it again using my own guidelines. Product testing can't cover every scenario. I'm in my 60's, and it takes longer for things to work, so I decided to lengthen the treatment time and I did it every day. That made more sense for my situation. After four months I have stubble all over and new growth around my face. The growth around my face is coming in as my natural color instead of grey like my roots. The stubble is too short for me to see, so I don't know what color it is. At this rate, I might have a couple inches by the end of the year. I'll be getting the Prima 9 as a backup so that I'm covered if the first one starts to fail. I don't want to be without it. Also, try hair supplements, brush bent over, and massage that scalp!

Not Dedicated in Using Product
I have decided to return this Laser Comb. It's nice that it has helped other customers, but I'm just not using it as instructed. I didn't think at the time that it would take much effort to use, but I'm finding myself not doing so, and to use it forever does not appeal to me either. Sorry it didn't work for me.

So far so Good
I have not used the item a full 30 days yet ,i do see a small deference with less hair in the shower and small baby fine hairs on and around the temples i also use the hair vitamins called Viviscal ,will update when i have used the product another 30 days!
