Fitbit Alta HR Activity Tracker with Additional Band is rated 2.9 out of 5 by 55.
Rated 2 out of 5 by from Rocking Counts As Steps? I had the Fitbit Charge Hr, loved it but the back where the cord attached broke off. Bought the Alta, I sat in my rocking chair this afternoon and had 1800 steps. I watched a 2 hour movie and all of a sudden my wrist was vibrating. I had 10,000 steps. I was just rocking in my rocking chair. Now you know, this is not right. So you can just sit and rock all day and that is considered steps, I don’t think so. Very disappointed. Sending back tomorrow.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love it! I’ve had my Fitbit for a few weeks and absolutely love it. It’s been very helpful with reaching my fitness goals and reminding me to stay active. I also love how it helps me keep track of my calories and sleep patterns. Would definitely recommend this Fitbit.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from LOVE THIS FITBIT I upgraded from Alta to ALTA HR and I am so happy. Love to see my sleep patterns, my heart beat. Knowing what shape you are for your age is also a great feature. Not mentioning knowing what time it is and getting texts and reminders without having have to reaching out to my phone (especially when you are a teacher :) Awesome product! An extra band was an icing on a cake. I am happy I was lucky o lock the lower price on QVC.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love This Fitbit!! This Fitbit is Wonderful!! It's my first one ever & I Love It!! It does take a bit to understand how it works but it does work great!! Once you set it up(which is easy), you can download the Fitbit manual for easy access. Any questions on it, you can google to get the answer also. It gives motivation to walk, workout, move. I love the heart bpm too!! It's great to see how well you sleep!! Water intake, calories!! Well worth getting it!! Thanks QVC!!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Defective - Not Worth It I bought 2 Alta HR fitbits ( plum and teal) - one for myself and husband. We both have semi- active lifestyles and tech savvy. This Fitbit tracks inaccurately, the heart monitor is ok but flipping the wrist as they suggested to get a read out doesn't work. It also tracks your hand movements if working on a computer as steps! There's also delayed response when tapping on the screen...you have to tap it like 3 times before it responds. I also experienced a tingling pain on my wrist which I researched and found a Fitbit community complaining about this. It's also listed in the Fitbit manual online via the Fitbit app to remove it you experience any numbing, tingling pain. It's not worth the risk. I really wanted to like this Fitbit but agree with others it's uncomfortable. Both have been returned. I gave 2 stars for the colors which was nice and the slimness.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from I Am Perfectly Capable But There are no directions and it is not self explanatory. It doesn’t even say how long to charge for the first time. The first morning I woke up it counted 75 steps to the bathroom! By the time I got to work I had nearly 5000 steps (not). I loved the info I got in the morning while sleeping so I almost kept it for that except for that the second morning I checked it and it said I slept all through the night. It didn’t even record when my husband got home and we talked for 10 minutes. This is my second attempt with this thing not going to do it again. You can find all sorts of fixes on the internet like you have to restart three times, etc but this is for for people like us. Frustrating.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love This!!! I’ve had this Fitbit Alta HR for a little over a week, and I love it!! I exercise on a regular basis, and I think it tracks my steps correctly. I do manually enter when I’m on the elliptical or lifting weights because it won’t calculate the calories burned correctly (for the elliptical). That is very easy to do. I read it will smart track (automatically know when you are doing something like the elliptical, but I didn’t figure that part out yet). It will also track active minutes of exercise (when you heart is pumping faster), which is great. My battery life is good, although the app shows it as lower than it actually is. I put the battery indicator on my Fitbit screen so I’ll have a better idea of when to charge. I don’t have any issues of it not holding a charge. Highly recommend this!!!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not worth the Money I have had this too long to return. I have called fitbit and they replace two for me but mine doesnt sync two days in a row and when you can you have to go through several steps to do so on my computer and restart every time. They blame it on to my computer and it is pretty new and have no other problems with it. They made me put it on my phone which i did not want to do but seems it is the only way it will work sometimes. I am not pleased with this company even though they did replace 2 other watch only but none work properly. Steps are incorrect and heart rate ??. so sorry all I want is my money back. NO DEAL.
