I would not recommend this cookware .. I used one pan and one pot ... The pot was okay but the pan was a disaster .. i can't even describe what the inside looked like after I cleaned it (I followed the manufacturers instructions). Beautiful set but it's gone back.

I bought these pans in April and I love them..t
The only problem I have is the lid handles need to have siicon on them because they get too hot to touch when in use.

I'm in love with this set. Best cookware I've every owned. Read the instructions to get the best use of these. They cook my food evenly and consistently. They are also so easy to clean and have stayed so shiny. Do not cook food on high heat with these, these work great to cook your food evenly. And there is no need to cook food on high heat which I've done with my other cookware just to get them to cook timely.
Best best best!!

I have been cooking with T-Fal products for 25 years and I was tired of, and needing another replacement as they don't last. I wasn't sure about this purchase as some reviews stated they had problems with food sticking. Well, I am so glad I didn't listen to those reviews. Instead I made the purchase and reached back into my mind and remembered my home class instructor from high school who had a few "tricks" when it came to cooking with stainless steel.
1. Use a little cooking oil, not cooking spray.
2. When cooking eggs, take them from the refrigerator and place them in warm water for a few minutes to "warm" them before cracking and cooking.
3. Low to medium heat. I have a gas stove so set the simmer burner on 3 for the pancakes and 2 for the fried eggs. They were perfect.
4. Use Bar Maid soft powder to keep them sparkling.
The first thing I cooked was a wonderful cheese sauce. Then the next morning I made pancakes and fried eggs. I haven't made perfect fried eggs since home class. I could never get the T-Fal pans hot enough or if I did, the pans smoked and the non-stick surface flaked off.
I am so happy with the size of the pans. It is just the two of us so I don't need huge pans for a large family. This set delivers all the sizes I use in cooking and delivers solid construction. I know I will have these pans the rest of my life. These were built to last. Thank you Emeril for this wonderful cookware set.

I have never had a problem with any Emeril products. This is a real lemon, if you want quality stainless steel cookware. This is not it Emeril has his name on a bad product. It stains and does not come clean, no matter what you clean it with. I did return this after using only two of the pots.

Just got this set in! Was so excited and cooked my first meal. Cookware handled very nicely. Did not stain and very easy clean up! Is medium weight. Not too heavy, not too light. Its perfect and looks really beautiful hanging in my kitchen. Would highly recommend this set to anyone who loves to cook and really enjoys cookware. Everyone that has come to my house has commented on how great this set looks.

It's going back because it arrived damaged, the lids are defective, & it is unsatisfactory.
I am rather disappointed in this Emeril 12-Piece Stainless Steel Cookware set.
(1.) I received damaged pieces in this set - the 3 Qt lid (rim bent) & 3 Qt. saute pan, was top rim bent. It looks as though the base (aluminum puck) was glued or something, with some kind of gross clear stuff all over side of this pan.
(2.) The other lids do fit nicely on the cookware; however, they are made cheaply w-defective connective metal seams & it looks terrible! Has black color where they meet.
(3.) The handles on the 6 Qt covered stockpot were not buffed down properly, all the way around the handles & have some sharp areas on them. Though I did like this stockpot. Just the right size for many uses in the kitchen.
(4.) I liked too the small 1 Qt saucepan, it is a handy little size.
(5.) The 8" fry pan, is not balanced at all. You put on top of stove burner & it would want to tip over, handle heavier than the pan itself. Also notice this pan had scratch marks in it, like someone already had this set & used it.
(6.) I tried a coupe of the small sauce pans to see how food cooked in them.
I couldn't believe they had dark spots on bottom inside of the pan (that don't wash out). Unacceptable for them to do this. The cookware is rather thin walled, so it's not a good set.
For these reasons, I am really sorry to say this is a poor set to want to own. Sorry QVC & Emeril, but It's definitely going back!

This will last a long time with no nonstick to scratch up and look bad.
