Clarisonic PLUS for the Face and Body
Good Concept Bad Battery
I'm on my third Clarisonic under the warranty replacement. Still waiting on the replacement, called in October and still haven't received it to date. Every replacement is a new warranty start date.
Product is too expensive to be waiting this long for yet another replacement Plus.
I thought it was just mine, but see others are having the same issue. Does not hold the charge. And , yes an expensive product to have that happen. Other products in the line function fine.
Waste of Good Hard Earned MONEY
The battery dies down over time and absolutely NO way to be fixed.
I was a loyal user in the beginning, and then stopped a couple of years later.
When I went back to use the system the brush head would not work. Called
Clarisonic's customer service and they said that happens when you leave it sit.
There is nothing they can do to fix the problem but buy a new one. Forget that!
I wished I would have been warned of it's life usage. A waste of good money.
I PURCHASED THIS ITEM FROM QVC AND THE CHARGER WOULD NO LONGER WORK AFTER 2 YEARS. I HAD ONLY USED IT ABOUT 8 TIMES. I PAID $242.00 AND THAT INC. TAX AND SHIPPING AND HANDLING. I ALSO HAD PURCHASED A MIA. IT STILL WORKS SO I AM THANKFUL FOR THAT. HOWEVER, CLARASONIC NEEDS TO DO BETTER ABOUT THE CLARISONIC PLUS NOT HOLDING A CHARGE AND THE WARRANTY SHOULD BE EXTENDED FOR SUCH AN EXPENSIVE DEVICE. PLEASE QVC FOLLOW UP ON THIS. THIS SHOULD NOT BE HAPPENING ON SUCH AN EXPENSIVE ITEM. I WILL SAY WHEN IT DID WORK IT DID A NICE JOB. I , LIKE OTHER CUSTOMERS, AM DISAPPOINTED WITH THE LONGEVITY OF THIS ITEM.
Loved the Item But Stopped Working
I purchased the product and now stopped working, please help. I paid about $200 and please who can I contact.. Thanks.
This was purchased for the master bath..after infrequent use, it no longer charges. I still have an older, smaller unit for the upstairs bath that is fine. Yes. I have swapped out charging units, they are still functional. Will neither purchase nor recommend this line.
Does a beautiful job
Have mine for awhile now..Love it because it works.. As a dark skinned lady, I tend to develop these oily residue around my nose and mouth area.. since using my clarisonic with my philosophy purity wash , it's all gone. I'm 53years of age and the compliments I get on my beautiful skin makes me so happy I invested in clarisonic when I first saw on the Q.
QVC needs to discontinue Clarisonic products as long as customers are complaining about product durability. It costs too much to have to keep replacing it. I have purchased two and they both no longer work. I was basically told by Clarisonic that it was my problem. QVC needs to do a better job fulfilling the Q part of their name. Product quality is very important. Customers need to know that they an be sure that QVC doesn't sacrifice quality for any reason.
Have had the clarisonic for about 3 years and used occasionally. It was working fine until it stopped charging. This thing costs an awful lot of money. I won't be buying another one.
Product did not charge
For the cost, the product should work. I had to call clarisonic and get a new base so I could charge the brush. It took 10 days to get a new one. Can't buy a new base from the stores.
I purchased my Clarisonic Plus a little over two years ago and was satisfied with it. However, now the battery will not take a charge no matter how long I leave it on the charger. Since there doesn't seem to be any way to replace the battery, essentially I have a very expensive manual face brush. In my experience with rechargeable batteries, this battery should have lasted much longer than 2 years. At the very least, it should be replaceable. It's a nice cleansing tool but not worth over a hundred dollars a year.
It works but not long after the 1 year warranty
i purchased the Clarisonic Plus and was excited to get it home. It does work and you can definitely notice and feel the difference in your skin. My problem with the product is that it stopped recognizing the body attachment a little over a year. It stopped holding the charge at about 15 months and then it stopped working at 18 months. I would think that the Clarisonic would last longer for the price that you pay. In addition, I am left with body brushes I can't use and I purchased the handle to use with the Clarisonic. Luckily, I have a Mia that is still working, I purchased it about 4 months after I purchased the Clarisonic because I travel a lot and did not want to be without one. I hope the Mia last longer than the Clarisonic Plus. In the meantime, I am stuck with the body brushes and a handle I cannot use. I gave the product 3 stars because it does not last long after the 1-year warranty expires.
