Love it!!!
Love this ice tea maker!!! My mother in-law has one and we all made fun of her for getting this gadget but after seeing how fast, easy and good the tea turned out I had to get me one. I make herbal tea for the kids and they love it.

I'ts okay
It makes really good tasting iced tea, but the fruit infusion part doesn't
really effect the taste of the tea enough.I was dissappointed because I
thought this would be a really great feature. So if you just want it to make
iced tea then it works really well.

A bit disappointed
The tea maker works great apart for the fact that when you go to pour the tea into a glass the lid feels very flimsy and if its inclined too much then the lid will come off, it should have a tighter grip into the container so that you can securely pour something without worry of spilling. Other than that the actual concept and tea maker worked great!

Good Tea Maker
This is the first automatic tea maker I've purchased and so far I like it. Really love the choice of the strength of tea I want to brew. Have not tried the fruit infusion basket but definitely will. The only reason I did not give it a 5 stars is because I tried to use Splenda and the sweetener got melted onto my basket-- a totally gooey mess that took me a while to peel off under hot water. You can either add the Splenda to the pitcher as someone else suggested or as I did-- switched to the baking mix of Truvia which worked a lot better (although it stil has 1/2 the calories).

It's okay
Makes great tasting iced tea. So, why 3 stars? When I used the sweetener mill during the brewing process my sweetener (stevia) stuck to the sides of the mill and didn't "melt" into the pitcher. I was able to fix this by adding my sweetener to the pitcher while the tea brews.

Great Iced Tea Machine!
This is a great iced tea brewing machine. It has a dual basket system that can be used to either loose tea (which I prefer) or tea bags. The infusing system is easy to use, whether you want to fill it with lemon slices or other fruit (strawberries, blackberries, etc. all work great), or sugar if you want to make a sweet tea. All parts are clearly marked and easy to use. The pitcher has 2 fill lines on it, one for the water to fill the brewer and one for the ice level when you are ready to brew iced tea. There is also an adjustment knob on the front to adjust the strength of the tea that has three main settings, but you can adjust in-between those marks as well. All in all, a very good product and a great value.

its ok
This is o.k. it seems that the tea is weak even on the strongest setting. Also when you pour from the pitcher when it's full it pours down the side of the pitcher getting on the counter, and the top is open so it lets anything that floats in the air in and it lets oders from the fridge into the tea.

My New Addiction
I love love love this iced tea maker!! I use it every single day and sometimes twice a day! I'm trying to drink more water but our water here in Utah taste terrible, so drinking iced tea is perfect! The only downside to this machine is that I use German rock sugar and it doesn't melt enough when I put in the tray. To fix this, I put the rock sugar in the base with the water so when it heats up, the sugar melts. By far the best tool in my kitchen!

Excellent product
I had to replace my old tea maker and I was very impressed with the look of the Chris Freytag Tea Maker. The first time I used it I had to experiment with the strength of the tea. It makes it pretty strong even on the mild setting. This is not a problem it is just a personal taste issue. I would recommend this product to anyone in the market for a tea maker.

I love it
I use it about twice a week. I love that you can add fruits to your tea and that you can make it sweet or unsweetened. I also love that you can adjust the tea strength as I like stronger ice tea. The pitcher doesn't leak at all which is a problem I have had with other ice tea makers in the past. Its the best!

I love, love , love my tea maker. Enough that I bought a second one for the RV . It is easy to use and makes great tea!!

So Easy!
First time I used this, I love it. It is so easy and much better than instant tea mix. I drink iced tea year round. A great addition to my kitchen!
