I purchased Barre 3 just to try something different. I've done pilates and yoga. I truly love this workout I like how there is a variety time wise. This is a serious butt kicker I love the stability ball. I get a really good sweat even with the 30 min dvd.

Loves these DVD's for different type of workout where the focus is on small muscles. Helps posture and you will feel it. Plus, the price is great.

At 56, with back issues and extra weight, I was starting to think that I could not ever get back in shape. I've tried everything included a personal trainer and nothing stuck. I've been doing the 60 minute workout every day for the past 3+ weeks and I'm seeing my old body shape coming back. I'm in clothes I have not worn for years. I look forward to my workout every morning - by 13 minutes, sweat is dripping down my face on to the map. I can't believe how fast the hour goes by. Saddie explains every move in such a great way that I'm not guessing if I'm doing it right - it's like she's in my room coaching me. To keep you safe, she also has you do the proper stretching. Each day I'm getting stronger - thank you Saddie for helping me!

I have been looking for a low impact exercise program that gave you a real hard workout. Guess what! This program delivers in spades. I have a large garden which means I must have energy to work in it after exercising. I can't explain why, but after a heavy Barre3 workout, I can still garden. Still just try to do a Zumba workout in the evening, which I like to do if I feel that I am sitting too much in the evening. Your legs will tire fast! I am 69 years old and after 13 days of Barre3, I can stand up from a sitting position on the floor without using my hands. That is how strong my thighs have become. Barre3 is mankind's savior from old age.

when I tried to play the DVD's they didn't progress from the introduction so I sent them back. Was disappointed. Wanted them to work out by!

I am 54, trying to get back into shape and these videos are for everyone. A mix of pilates, yoga and ballet. Easy on the joints and goes at a comfortable pace. The instructor will explain the form to make it doable for beginners, moderate and advanced students.

I have the Fluidity bar with DVDs( which I love) but was getting bored with them so I purchased these DVDs and LOVE them!! Even though they are low impact you get such a good workout. I cant say enough about them. Your legs will shake and quake but such a good feeling!! What I love most is when you work a muscle you will then stretch the muscle so you don't wake up the next morning feeling like you've been hit by a truck.

I have only watched two of the DVDs so far. They seem just right for me.
If you want to bounce up and down and sweat, this isn't for you. If you want to stretch and move your body in ways you usually don't, this is for you.

I love these DVDs and this system! I own at least 100 exercise videos in many different genres and formats and these are my favorite ones. All five are so easy to follow and the moves are simple, yet kick your butt! It is amazing that a 30 minute video with no jumping or high impact exercises can make you sweat like these do. All the moves/postures are very body friendly and can easily be modified if you have any issues with your back, knees, ankles, shins etc. Keep making more Sadie!

I like that she did a 28 day Challenge, so that I may challenge myself.
Love, Love, Love the modifications. I tore my rotator cuff , and I can actually
do this workout. She gives you so many modifications, alternatives if you have
She walks you through each exercise so that you do them right, she doesn't
rush. Kicks my butt!
I also love the calendar, suggestions of food portions.
I write a Blog and have a YouTube Channel and I'm most definitely going
to recommend these videos.

As the last review stated this was and is a bit boring for me although I think I really like it. The first 2 videos were so boring I thought I would return it. By the time I got through all of them I find it to be relaxing yet torture at the same time. It's hard to explain. I have worked out for years and in the last couple months was use to doing kickboxing for an hour at the gym. My testosterone was low and I quit going. I had no energy. So, as I have started to get back into working out with this set I have found myself to be either way out of shape or these are just hard. The shaking is almost unbearable. I find I can't walk right after working out due to still shaking. Although I like yoga, I don't enjoy the yoga moves that are incorporated into these. I was hoping for more ballet, dancy type moves. Some are just plain squats and arm weights. So, there is no way to get away from them I guess but over all this is a nice program and it really can go to anyones level. The book that came with it was very nice and something I can actually do.
