The tarte blend barTM doubles as a divider to keep formulas separate, with a mixing ledge to diffuse the formula for a customized application. How do I use it: Swipe. Blend. Stack 'em up or wear solo! Dip dense side of brush into cream and tap onto the tarte blend bar to diffuse, then blend along cheekbones and across the bridge of nose. Finish by sweeping radiant powder onto cheeks and high points of the face using the fluffy, tapered side of the brush.
