How do I use it: Can be used to line upper or lower lashes. For upper lashes, gently tug on outer corner of the eye and line directly above the lash line. For lower lashes, line below the lash line.
Tip: Twist pencil up, propel-only. They don't retract, so be careful not to twist too far! No sharpener needed.
