Yogurt Fruit Dip

Greek yogurt, nut butter, and fruit combine to create a snack you won't forget!

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Serves: 4–6

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 2-1/2 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup creamy almond butter
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of nutmeg
  • Pinch of salt
  • Apple slices, bananas, strawberries, or other fruit for serving

Preparation:

In a medium bowl, mix together all the ingredients except for the fruit.

Cover and refrigerate for one hour.

Serve chilled with sliced apples, strawberries, bananas, or any fruit you would like!

Don't have almond butter? Sub in peanut butter or another nut butter in its place.
