Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 cups mayonnaise
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 3 Tbsp white vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp celery seed

Directions

Whisk together the ingredients in a medium-size bowl until completely combined. Refrigerate until ready to use.
