Honey Citrus Chicken

Chicken

  • 4 4–6 oz bone-in chicken thighs
  • 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup white wine or chicken broth
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove and discard the skin from chicken thighs. Generously sprinkle with salt & pepper.

Place onions and wine in your 2.5-qt Temp-tations® Round Baker. Place chicken on top. In a small bowl, whisk together glaze ingredients. Brush all over chicken.

Bake for 45 minutes, brushing with glaze every 15 minutes. Serve hot.

Glaze

  • 1/2 cup honey
  • Juice and zest of 1/2 lemon
