Holiday Citrus Pom-Tini

Ingredients

  • 1 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 3 oz pomegranate arils
  • 1/2 oz orange liquer
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup
  • 2 oz vodka
  • Sugar for the rim
  • Rosemary sprig for garnish

Preparation

Cut lemon, and slide along the rim of a martini glass to act as glue for the sugar.

Place sugar on a flat plate. Gently roll the edge of the glass in the sugar. Pull the edge up carefully and set the glass upright to dry while you make the drink.

In a cocktail shaker, combine lemon juice, fresh pomegranate arils, orange liqueur, simple syrup and vodka. Add a small handful of ice cubes and shake vigorously.

Strain into sugar-rimmed martini glass and garnish with a sprig of rosemary. Enjoy!
