Preheat your Technique BBQ grill pan on an outdoor grill until it's so hot that you can only hold your hand over the pan for 2 to 3 seconds before you want to pull it away. Reduce the heat below the pan to medium.
Cut the bananas in half, lengthwise, leaving the peel on.
Combine the brown sugar, maple syrup, butter, and cinnamon in a bowl. Brush this mixture on the cut side of the bananas.
Place the bananas, cut side down, on the grill pan and grill for 1 to 2 minutes, or until the bananas are nicely marked. Turn the bananas over and cook on the peel side for another 2 to 3 minutes. The peel should start to pull away from the banana.
Remove the bananas from the pan and pull off the peel. Serve with ice cream, whipped cream, or just by themselves!
