Gluten-Free Key Lime Pie

Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 cups gluten-free graham cracker crumbs
  • 4 Tbsp butter, melted
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 1 14-oz. can sweetened condensed milk
  • 3/4 cup lime juice
  • Zest of 1 lime
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 can whipped cream

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Combine the cracker crumbs and the melted butter.

Place crumbs into a 9" pie plate. Press the crumbs in the bottom and side.

Bake in the oven for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool.

Combine the egg yolks, sweetened condensed milk, lime juice, lime zest, and sour cream.

Pour into the pie plate and bake for 30 minutes.

Cool completely and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Decorate with whipped cream and serve.
