Banana Mango Salsa

Serves: 4 to 6

Ingredients

  • 2 cups small diced banana
  • 1 cup small diced mango
  • 1/4 cup small diced red onion
  • 1/2 Tbsp canned chipotles in adobe, minced
  • 2 Tbsp chopped cilantro
  • 4 Tbsp lime juice
  • 2 Tbsp orange juice
  • 1/2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt

Preparation

Add the diced banana, mango, red onion, chipotle in adobo, cilantro, orange juice, and lime juice to a medium bowl. Add oil, season with salt, and mix to combine. Serve with chips or over grilled meat, fish, or veggies.
