Bacon-Flavored Colorful Coleslaw

Serves: 6-8

Ingredients

  • 1/4 head green cabbage, shredded (about 4 cups)
  • 1/4 head red cabbage, shredded (about 3 cups)
  • 1/2 white onion, thinly sliced
  • 5 medium carrots, julienned or shredded (about 2 cups)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. white wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp. original bacon salt
  • 1/2 tsp. celery seed

Preparation

Combine the cabbages, onion, and carrots together in a bowl. In a separate bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, white wine vinegar, bacon salt, and celery seed. Add the dressing to the vegetables and mix well. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serves 6 – 8.
