This Autumn Spice Parfait is the perfect dessert for any fall meal!
Prep Time: 10 Minutes
Serves: 4
Place the instant pudding into a bowl. Add the cardamom and the milk. Whisk together for 2 minutes, then let pudding set for 10 minutes.
Drain the pears, reserving the liquid. Chop the pears into small pieces. Place about 1/4 cup of pudding In each parfait glass. Take 2 ginger snaps, break them into small pieces, and put them on top of the pudding. Repeat in each remaining glass. Divide the pears between the glasses, placing them on top of the ginger snaps. Pour a tablespoon of the pear liquid into each of the glasses. Take another 2 ginger snaps per glass and break them into small pieces over the pears. Pour 1/2 Tbsp of the pear liquid over the ginger snaps. Divide the caramel sauce, whipped topping, and the remaining pudding between the four glasses.
Sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon over the whipped cream. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to overnight.
Not a fan of cardamom? Just replace it with cinnamon or nothing at all!
