How do I use it: Shake well before each use. Open the bottle and fill the small inner cap completely with mouthwash. Then pour the liquid from the small inner cap into the large outer cap.The large cap acts as your hygienic drinking cup. Rinse the mouthwash from the large cap, swishing gently for about 30 seconds. Do not swallow. Spit it out and avoid eating or drinking for a few minutes to maintain the brightening effect. Use once or twice daily after brushing.
