Caviar Perfecting Lip Liner has a smooth glide and up to 16 hours of flawless, comfortable wear -- with a feather-proof and smudge-proof formula.
How do I use it: Hold liner sideways and draw a soft line at the top of your Cupid's bow and at the center of your lower lip line. Start from your Cupid's bow and, using soft strokes, draw a line to the corner of your lip. Repeat on the other side. Draw the lower lip line the same way, starting from the center to the corner of lips. Repeat on the other side. Fill in entire lip area with the pencil, shading from the outer edge inward with the side of the pencil. This prolongs lip color and prevents it from bleeding and feathering.
Use bullet end of lipstick to fill in your lips.
