Description
This set of Caviar Tightline Eyeliners are a smooth, gel-like, pencil formula that easily glides on to perfectly line the tightline, lash line, and waterline, for waterproof and 12-hour crease-proof wear.
How do I use it: Lash Line: Apply Caviar Eyeliner Pencil along the upper lash line. Hold the pencil horizontally, keeping the long side of the tip flat against the lid. This makes it easy to see where the line is being placed. Apply in short strokes to keep the application close to the lashes.
Tight Line: Press softly on the eye lid and lift gently back into the eye crease. This will clearly reveal the bottom of the lash line. Apply Caviar Eyeliner Pencil in between lashes using a dot and wiggle motions. This creates the look of lush, thick lashes.
Water Line: Apply directly to lower and/or upper waterline.
