Lancome's Cils Booster XL Lash Primer is a white mascara base enriched with XL microfibers designed to help condition your lashes, helping you gain maximum boosting effects. It lengthens and thickens the look of lashes without clumping. It smoothes eyelashes by coating them thinly and evenly.
How do I use it: As a base coat For mascara, apply from roots to tips of eyelashes, and while Cils Booster XL is still wet, coat your lashes in your favorite mascara until white primer is no long visible.
As a nighttime eyelash conditioner, after cleansing face and finishing normal nighttime beauty routine, apply Cils Booster XL to bare lashes. Allow to dry properly before sleep.
