- Apples: thaw then bake in oven at 350F for 12 to 15 minutes or heat in microwave for two minutes
- Beans: boil beans right in the bag for 15 to 20 minutes if frozen and 10 to 15 minutes if thawed
- Arrives within two days of shipment; packaged with dry ice, but may arrive with little to none remaining
