XTERRA TR200 Treadmill is rated 1.7 out of 5 by 6.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from They sent me a Used item I received the treadmill in which it was easy to set up but it was clear someone used and returned the product. The key slot had scratches all over it, all the blue protection plastic was torn off, and it had scuff marks everywhere. The frame is uneven and it wobbles. I can’t get the back of the treadmill to level down, it’s at least 2 inches off the floor. Customer service started the return process but now I can’t take it apart because the screw bolts are stripped. I’m so annoyed!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Arrived Damaged I can not say if it was from the place or delivering but the machine had lots of cracks on the bottom and the main reason I checked was because the box it came in was destroyed. QVC customer service was very helpful and we will be trying a replacement with hopes it will not be damaged and I can give a better review. The main part was pressed in and that worried me for function. For the price, I would not want to receive anything cracked.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Works Good When I received my treadmill it was pretty easy to put together. I gave it a 3 star, because its not accurate when it comes to the heart rate, it be way off, which I don’t mind, because my apple watch tells me my heart rate throughout my run. I also gave it a 3 star, because its pretty noisy, which again I don’t mind, because I play my music loud. If I could have given it a 3 and a half star, I would have, but the review doesn’t give you that option. For its price, it’s good overall, works good for its purpose, losing and sustaining weight.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Totallly disappointed For starters! I, haven't been able to use the treadmill because it doesn't work....My daughter trouble shoot it and all it say's is E2 Error?????I got a hold of QVC and they suggested I reach out to the Manufacturer and that's where I'm at...Now the holidays are upon us and my chances of having a working treadmill before the new year are slim......this is not what I would expect from QVC Proof of that is how many purchases I have made from you...

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not As Described While this is a light weight treadmill, and it folds up, the product description is incorrect. There is NO MANUAL INCLINE. None. It specifically states there are 3 different manual incline options, even stating it directly on the machine, but there are none. No moveable feet to raise it. No cranks. Nothing. It's frustrating because we like to train on inclines. So please, if you just want a treadmill, with speeds, and no incline, have at it. The price is great. Otherwise, find another treadmill, with what you need. (Yes, I've read through the manual, several times, and I've asked questions and researched it online.)

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Cannot get it level I'm not sure what is wrong with this thing and why the back legs are floating off the ground about 1/2". It's just not unfolding completely. I had to put books under the back legs to get the machine to stop shaking and wobbling all over the place when I ran. I have adjusted screws and bolts, tried to force it down. Standing on it did not help. It works great with the books leveling it out but this is not ideal. I can't use the adjusting feet for incline because the back feet don't touch the ground at all.
