I LOVE this phone. very happy with Motorola and Tracfone. Have been on tracfone for several years and it is wonderful for me. Easy transfer online and I keep my number.

Hello Moto
I love Tracphone and when I get a new one it is always a Motorola. I love when I turn it on and I hear "hello moto". This phone has a large screen with updated features like showing notifications when it isn't turned on that you can immediately dismiss from the unlit screen. I can't wait to discover the other features.

Upset
Phone worked fine for about three weeks then all of a sudden half my apps quit working. Went through all trouble shooting and no go. Had to transfer back to older phone very disappointed

great phone, nonexistent Tracfone customer service
have been Tracfone customer for many years and ordered new phones annually. fast shipping; this phone is best to date. unfortunately, customer service has not only not improved, it's gotten worse over the years. corporate cost-cutting has CSRs around the world who appear to be solely interested in connecting new service/phone, and will ignore your questions or outright lie. customer is clearly on losing end. tracfone appears to be rigid in its willingness to make customers happy. in the end, i use phone on limited basis for traveling only, so i accept occasional incomplete or lost calls in exchange for low cost.

Easy to set up, Phone Case Limitations
This is not my first TracFone. When it arrived, I charged it (already charged at least 50%) First, when you turn on the phone it will ask you for your google log in. I did not have a google account so I set one up on my laptop first, wrote down my google email and password then went BACK to the phone and log in my google information. Then to activate the phone you have to go to the TracFone webpage, use the red card with the SIM information. After it was activated, I called my house phone to check that it was working and see the phone number. The phone was easy to use for me BUT if you love phone cases, if you are buying this as a gift for a lady who loves the multitude of bling phone cases understand this phone, moto g does not have many options for phone cases compared to iphone phones. I love cases so that is my only problem with this phone. If you desire to have options of cases research that before purchasing any phone.

not 1500 minutes, not made clear
I thought I was getting a phone with the standard 1500 minutes for a year. Be aware, this is not the case. On the phone package it says no contract . The only way to get minutes is to sign up for a monthly plan. That sounds like a contract to me. Since I avoid all monthly subscriptions, I sent it back The phone was probably fine. I like my last Moto phone.

Its Going Back
Its a beautiful phone, nice weight and I'm sure does everything it claims.
So why am I sending it back? I cannot get the thing to stop connecting to the the hotel I an staying at! lol
I just want a phone that rings, I answer and hang up,
Don't want to text, send pics of myself, nothing...
Did I give away my age....oh well.....

Great phone.
I have had this for 3 months, it is a good phone. I love the battery & all that goes this. Love the bigger 6.4 screen. Thanks QVC for all you do.
