Tracfone Motorola G6 5.7" Smartphone with 1500 Mins/ Text/ Data is rated 3.4 out of 5 by 50.
Rated 3 out of 5 by from poor battery performance Its a nice phone but the battery charge does not last very long at all and I don't use the phone that much. Also, Motorola makes the phone in such a way where it is almost impossible to remove the back of the phone. I assume they do that so when it comes time to replace the battery, most people will just buy a new phone. I have only had this phone for 7 months and the battery seems like it already needs to be replaced.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not user friendly Bought several tracphones over last few years. This is by far the worst phone. I have the LG phone and a Samsung. The Motorola disconnects from internet constantly and battery life is only a few hours.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from A Great Phone once you tweek the settings Purchased this phone to replace a older LG tracphone which worked great. The setup was fairly straight forward. Transferring phone number was quick, efficient and very easy. The Motorola G6 does have the ability to upgrade to Pie, which is the latest OS from Android at this time. The upgrade was very quick and efficient. The process only took 5 minutes. The problem I had with this phone was I was not hearing a telephone ring tone when receiving a inbound call. Seemed very strange. Did a investigation and found out that the phone had defaulted to Vibration mode and Do Not Disturb mode. Found this out by opening settings and reviewing the system configurations line by line. Once I turned off the vibration and do not disturb modes the phone started to provide the the ring tones. I did have a few problems with the volume not being consistent. So I looked at ways to correct this. Doing online research it was suggested that you reset the phone to factory default settings. Then reconfigure your settings. It is a little time consuming, but worked. Once I went through the process the phone works the way it was intended. This really saved me from returning the phone. Motorola bloatware is easily removed from the phone and increases the performance. You can customize your settings to maximize the performance of the phone. Motorola help that you can access on your cell phone has a lot of information concerning troubleshooting your phone should a problem occur. There is a learning curve to how this phone operates. Once you learn the phones quirks and how to correct them, the phone is excellent.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best tracfone ever. I have been a tracfone customer for over 5 years, first off let me say I have never had a problem activating a new phone. This was the 4th phone I’ve activated on line and never had a problem getting my phone number, minutes, texts and data transferred, just read and follow the instructions carefully. As for the moto g6 great phone, great price, mine even recently updated to android9, the 1 thing I would recommend is that since the phone has a glass back would be to purchase a quality case for it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Uses too much battery and is too slow I bought this because of the upgraded memory and processor. Even in power saver mode it goes through a lot of battery (much more than my Samsung) and it very slow reacting to commands. Not impressed at all, I actually switched back to my Samsung, done with this one. Lesson learned, stay away from Moto!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great phone but Tracfone not so great QVC had stated in their website advertisement that this phone was "Planned upgrade to Android 9.0 Pie." Now I see where Tracfone will not do the upgrade. Phone is great but you have to deal with Tracfone which is very customer service lacking. If you are buying this because you would like to upgrade to Pie, check with Tracfone first. Good luck trying to get an answer from them.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointed Both my husband and I buy the same phones so we can share chargers. Sometimes I can’t text to a particular person and my husband can. Other times, I can text to the person and my husband can’t. I would not own another Motorola phone. We never had problems with our LG Tracfones. This is difficult to use and send a group text. I do not recommend this phone.
