Nice Phone
I have been a Tracfone user for years and every year instead of buying minutes, I just buy a new phone loaded with minutes, texts and data. I picked the Premiere Pro Plus because of the size and the 13 mp camera and I had no problems with setting it up, transferring my number, minutes, etc and I'm perfectly happy with the way it works. I downloaded the transfer wizard on both phones and it transferred all my apps, contacts and photos. Overall, a nice phone for the money!

Value is far beyond the price!
I buy a new TracFone from QVC every October. The 1500 minutes,1500 texts, and 1.5 gb data are far cheaper this way than purchasing minutes, text and data from TracFone. All the minutes, texts and data I have left over from the prior year roll so easily to the new phone. Takes no time at all and in the almost twenty years I have used TracFone, I have never experienced a problem! PLUS, if the new phone you get for , basically, free is not to your liking, you can put the 1500, 1500, 1.5 totals on your old TracFone. I have doe that a couple of times because I am used to my old phone and don't like to learn a new one. I have a regular land-line at home, so I never use up all my time, etc.

Not Happy
As soon as I completed making payments on this phone, it developed a mind of its own. This is the worst LG phone I've ever owned. Calls get dropped, the phone shuts down in the middle of my trying to play games or speak with my family several states away and just now the on/off button is stuck. I have a hard time using it. As soon as I can afford it I'll buy a new phone from QVC. I know it's not their fault the phone is messed up.

Not the best LG phone I've had
I have had several LG Phones and I use Tracfone (which I LOVE). This phone so far is probably my least favorite but unfortunately I am using it because my older (about a year old) one started having issues. This phone takes FOREVER to charge and once it is charged, the battery does not last long even with minimal use. My other phones always charged quickly and stayed charged so maybe this one is defective - ? I have bluetooth and mobile data turned off and battery saver on so not sure what the issue is. One of the things with my older phone was if I opened a picture sent in a text, then opened another, it would be the previous one I had opened. I would have to clear the storage cache in order to view the new picture. This phone is already doing the same thing so I am not sure if that is something I am doing wrong or the phone...although what could I be doing wrong?! So...am pretty sure it is the phone. Last gripe then I am done :) The power button on this one is on the side and is fairly shallow so it is a little harder to use and a little slower response from the phone...whereas my old phone the power button was on the back and easy to push and quick to respond.

Phone great, case not so much
Overall, I've been very happy with the phone and service provided by Tracfone. I did this to cut my cell phone bill and have successfully done that. The one complaint I have it that the case I chose is peeling....started happening at about the month old mark....it's peeling and revelaing just a plastic white cases. That's been disappointing.

DO NOT GET THIS PHONE!
Traded my old LG phone for this one. Really liked the old one. My new one locks up at least 4-5 times a day. When I got my first one, I thought it was defective. QVC customer service was WONDERFUL!! They sent me a new phone while letting me keep the first. This phone also locks up at the drop of a hat. I'm almost embarrassed to call CS again, but this phone sucks. I'm afraid to use the alarm function. LG should be embarrassed to put out such a piece of junk. I guess the first hint I should have gotten was the first message you get on the first boot up is how to reset the phone when it locks. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!! At the bottom of the review here is, who would you buy this phone for. Worst enemy isn't listed as an option. You can't beat the Tracfone deal from QVC, just not on this phone.

Worst phone ever
What a joke this phone is. Difficult to operate. Battery is used up in just a few hours. Can't find help on how to use it. Hard to turn on and off. Can't clear notifications. Can't find how to turn notifications off. You think you are buying a phone with 32 GB but 50% is used up as soon as you activate the phone. Disabling and uninstalling as many apps as possible. Complete waste if money. Would NOT recommend this phone to anyone!
