No Stylo Pen
This was to include a Stylo pen, even according to the TracFone box but did not. Customer service was supposed to send me one but never received it.

Worst LG ever
I would have to agree with the other reviews I’ve had several LG phones and this has to be the worst one ever! I liked the idea of the fingerprint security BUT I had to power off several times a day. It kept freezing up daily it had a delay in the keypad - when you try to take a picture it was just horrible I have no choice back it goes I expected more from LG very disappointed

Slow and freezes up
I purchased this phone for my 10yr old and she didn’t like it because it was running slow and kept freezing up on her requiring being turned off and on again and again. She was so excited to get a phone for Christmas, then so disappointed.

very disappointed
I love LG cell phones, however this LG Stylo 5 freezes up without warning at most inconvenient times. It just shows a continuous circling icon on the home screen. I try to shut it down and it won't even let me do that. During its freezing it is using up the battery. I am so disappointed and sad. I thought it was going to be a good upgrade for me. No such luck.

Do Not Like this Phone!
First LG phone that I haven't liked. Have had several and they always are great phones. As others have said, the phone freezes up and has to be rebooted which is very annoying when you need to make a call or text. Sometimes very slow in responding. I would return it but that is difficult since I have loaded all my information on the phone. I will use the minutes, texts etc. as that is basically what I paid for.

Very slow, Locks up and freezes
Very slow, locks up and freezes!! Have had activated for only 2-months and having problems.
Third LG cell phone product and my last!!

Great Features, Reboot Needed
I really like the phone features and memory but have to reboot several times a day. I did add a micro card but haven't removed it yet to see if that is the culprit but if it is there should not be an add-on for it.

Reboot all the time
This phone has to be rebooted 2-3 times a day. After reboot it works fine, annoying.
