dont love it
The phone is a good size ,but i keeps telling i need to close taps when none are open and the screen will slide. to another screen for no reson, was talking to some and it cut me off, I dose this very offen now. ,

Problem
I purchased the Samsung a10 last June, less than 1 year ago, along with the 3 year protection plan
Just recently, the screen has started flickering and I cannot get it to stop. How do I take advantage of the protection plan to replace this phone. I have tried everything that the Samsung website suggest and the flickering is getting worse to the point where I can't read the phone anymore

Connection Problems
This Samsung A10E phone has Tracphone prepaid service. I have had connection problems for the eleven months I have used it. Samsung is not allowed by Tracphone to provide troubleshooting, replacement or repair. Tracphone will not complete troubleshooting unless you have an alternate phone, which I cannot afford. They will not repair or replace without troubleshooting. I am purchasing a different phone with a different service provider. Don't know if QVC will offer any compensation, (Refund) for this one.

Amazing deal! Super easy setup
I can't believe how great this is. I've been a long time customer of another major pay as you go service that had been ok to use but has gotten more difficult over the past few years. I had a phone that was financed through them. I wish I would have tried this service and made the switch sooner. The set up was a breeze, all I really had to do was turn on the phone! Then I called Tracfone. Initial setup of phone numbers and stored apps personally took me a bit longer than most as my previous phone was destroyed so I couldn't do the easy transfer option, but that was my only issue and that's NOT anyone else's fault. I LOVE this phone!!

worst phone ever
i purchased this phone in may of 2020 from qvc's sister station hsn. i have been a tracfone customer for more than 20 yrs and ordered my previous samsung phone from qvc, a galaxy j7skypro which is great. The Ae10 is horrid. I spend 2 hrs in the morning and 1 hr in the afternoon speaking with a tech and then a "top tech" at tracfone. no one could get my phone to connect to the network. I was unable to make or receive calls. I ended up switching my service back to my old phone. I have since heard from a friend who had the very same phone and threw it out because she had so much trouble with it. on the upside, tracfone is sending me a new phone replacement as I had a 1 yr warranty, but after reading the reviews and from my own experience, I will not reactivate the A10e. Tracfones are great, but avoid this one. it is trouble.

Very Happy
I bought two of this package back in July when it was on sale around $75.I have a year to set up the second one. I was able to keep my phone#. I am more than pleased so far. I'm having no problems at all. Battery lasts me almost 5 days.I bought an aftermarket case because ya just should. Now i'll get two years of talk/text/data for about $150. AWESOME!!!!
