Keurig K-Duo Plus Coffee Maker w/ Ground Coffee, My KCup & 36 K-Cups is rated 2.9 out of 5 by 13.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Loved at first, but quickly disappointed. I had reservations about buying this as a gift for my hubby who wanted another Keurig. I was done w/ them, but after 2 years, I caved and bought him this. We've been through 3 platinum Keurigs and all three of them quit working (yes, I descaled them all on a regular basis). Each one last about 1-2 years. Thinking it may have been a flaw in the platnium design, I decided to try this unit. Initially, I loved it and it worked beautifully! The Downside: The carafe/single options are wonderful, but the carafe is cheap stainless (if it is even real stainless), not solid double walled quality stainless so it doesn't keep your beverage hot for long (like a high quality one would). Sometimes when making a single cup, it would spray water everywhere from the pour area. As we continued using it, it went from spraying water sometimes to EVERY TIME we used the single cup feature. The only way to make a single cup is to hit the single button, yet allow the coffe to pour into the carafe, and then pour into the cup. The carafe limits the water from spraying all over the place. However, I watched the video presentation before purchasing and a single coffee cup was used so I should be able to use one without it spraying water everywhere making a big mess. For the price, I expected more. This is made in China junk... I guess everything is these days. Does anyone even make QUALITY coffee pots anymore? The concept is fabulous and if it would work properly, I would be thrilled. Returned mine for an exhange, but after reading reviews, I fear none of them will last more than 6 months. When it works, it's nice! Again, ingenious design, but lacks quality & durability. A $200 coffee pot should last 10-20 years! Why are we still buying Keurigs?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Purchase I love my Keurig's. This one is a winner. Love the option of single cup or make a pot. The Stainless Carafe is a major win win for me. The fact that I can use any pods is another plus. So glad we purchased this. Oh, and I love the strong cycle that actually does make the coffee stronger. Coffee is quite hot too!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Coffee taste as you would expect from Keurig So nice that this machine keeps the coffee hot in the pot, prior products we have purchased did not have an insulated pot. It is nice to be able to choose the amount of coffee 1 cup with pod or more. There are some disadvantages such as the height of the machine if you have standard counter to cabinet clearance, you will need to pull the machine out to use. The single cup pod placement is in the back of machine and on top and each cup you need to press 3 to 4 different buttons.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from NOT AS EXPECTED was so excited about this coffee maker that i bought two. returned the one and going to return the second one; this coffee maker was perfect for my husband and I, loved the look. coffee pot for my husband and single service for me....unfortunately, it is a huge disappointment. the coffee pot does not keep the coffee hot or warm for that matter. the single part of the maker worked for about a week or so and now cannot get a one cup of coffee. it turns on asks for the serving size, starts and then shuts off. Very, Very disappointed. a must to return. i think i'm giving up on Keurig. i have two single serve keurigs on my counter that i need to throw out. they are only two years old : ( on top of that I tried calling QVC where i purchased it...cannot even get through to a human and automated system does not give me an option for returns.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best., most compact, duo coffee maker This is by far the best duo coffee maker I have ever owned. Not to mention the wonderful counter space saving feature. The reservoir is perfect for a full pot or a K-cup. My husband is very particular about his coffee and how it tastes in the past after a while even though we religiously clean our coffee pot he has complained of an off-taste. We have brewed many pots and K-cups and so far we actually have noticed a big difference in taste, maybe its our water but I think the water filtration system has something to do with it. Do not be afraid that this does not have a warming plate the carafe is very insulated and will do the job. We had some trouble getting the my K-cup in the holder but once you can get it to set correctly it does go in. At first it felt like we were forcing it into the hole and going to break the lid but we had it in wrong. If you have been on the fence about buying another run of the mill duo coffee maker this one will not disappoint. I am so glad we purchased this.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bad news! Leaking after approx. 1week!!! Unit is defective and I will be returning to QVC. DEFECT - when using kcup, water Started leaking from front top big basket that you use for carafe. Leaked all AROUND coffee cup and drip tray. Messed up my counter top! TOO MUCH MONEY FOR A SYSTEM that I've only had for about a week!!!!!!!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Great Concept...Poor Execution...Sad...Sad...Sad Well, thanks to QVC’s return policy...we jumped in headfirst with this dual coffee maker purchase in the hopes that it would replace my Keurig k-cup...which I like a lot. However, I drink two mugs (3 cups) each every morning, that’s 120 plus k-cups per month. Sam’s Club likes me...that’s for sure. So getting a machine that can brew 6 cups and an occasional k-cup hot chocolate for the BFF would be ideal and cost efficient for me. Today, I ran the 6 cup brew...poured 3 and headed out for a two mile jaunt with the dog. 45 minutes later I poured the second half of the Insulated pot into my mug and it was lukewarm. Yuck!!! Sadly...it failed the two hour test by an hour fifteen. Not good, Keurig. Come on man.... you can do better. You’re leading edge in so many ways. Test kitchen failed to check real life usage...they surely didn’t check with me. That being said, I’ll keep it a few weeks and see if I can determine any other redeeming qualities that may propel me to keep this machine. Stay tuned...
