HP 17" Touch Laptop Intel i3 8GB RAM 1TB HDD w/ Office & Bag is rated 1.4 out of 5 by 5.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worst computer ever..... Had the original one 2 yrs ago and nothing but problems. HP replaced after 6 months of back and forth with a second one. Same issues happened again after a year of simple usage. Then major issues happened where the computer would not turn on or off as well as having internal errors with only 12 days left on warranty that they carried over from first one. While the computer is nice to look at - the quality is that of a refurbished computer per HP. The serial numbers that are given to HP state that they are refurbished computers. The price point may be good, but investigate them before purchasing. Definately not worth the money spent. Another computer in 2 yrs that now has to be replaced with only 12 days left on the warranty. No new warranty being issued. It took 6 months to get first one replaced. Will receive new one after warranty is expired. Also QVC does not help. They refer to HP once the computer leaves their warehouse. Either return to them for full refund and no computer OR deal with HP and no warranty.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Insane! I should have read reviews before purchasing. First the good news, the computer is beautiful, I got the rose gold and love it. Thankfully, I use it at home for my home office and not on the go as the battery life is next to non-existent. After unplugging it stays on for about 30 minutes if you're lucky, what exactly is the point of a portable computer that has no staying power? Shame on HP. Forget about trying to add any software, takes up your entire day. For the price of this item, I expected QVC tech staff to do a better job of vetting the items sold at this price point.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Dissatisfied After 2 uses of the laptop the on/off switch does not work. Laptop is useless at this point. HP will not replace, even though it's less than 4mo old and in warranty. HP will only repair which will take at least 3 weeks(9-10 days for repair plus shipping time back and forth.). After an hour 45 min on phone with HP it dept. Basically I'm stuck with no computer. Do not buy HP. QVC could do nothing. I have the extended warranty, waste of money.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worst Purchase ever ! Just received 02/09.2019 tried to set up slow very slow would not let me set up programs . Said I needed updates had just told me I did not need updates. It then turned off and came back with a black screen. Tried to add MacAfee a box appeared on the screen from Microsoft said I had malware and a virus and it was up loading my bank account and credit cards. But I had none of this in the computer. Said If I did not call the phone numbers to Microsoft they would freeze my account. I had to turn off to get off the page. I hate it but I am retuning it after I reset it to factory default to at least get my e-mail address out of it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Buyer beware I bought 2 of the hp 17” laptops for Christmas. One as a gift and one for me. I have already returned one. It froze soon after starting up and never worked. The second one seemed better but has now also frozen and nothing has worked to get it fixed. Tech support puts you on hold and I have never been able to get anyone. The PC mover that is supposed to transfer everything from your old laptop also didn’t work. I am terribly disappointed.
