Rated 3 out of 5 by from Does not count stairs So i had fitbits in the pass, was looking forward to a fitbit that I can take in the pool. i ordered this but to my disappointment found that this wasn't keeping tracked of floors climb. So i returned wanting a replacement, to my surprise they would only give me a refund. So i spent money on testing this and got nothing in return.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Meh... For the price this is a nice enough item. It was easy to set up on my original Iphone 7 and then a newer 8 plus. I liked being able to choose a watch face and receiving notice of text messages and phone calls. The other options were useless. I would have kept it just for the above mentioned items, but the watch didn't light up when it was set to 10 sec. motion. The item that would contine to be a nuisence was the need to charge every 2-3 days and the need to take the specific charger when traveling, which was the ultimate deal breaker for me. If you just need it for text and phone notifications in places where it is not acceptable to have your phone out this may work well for you. I did not this the app itself is as simple as it could be.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Feel a little duped! My 2+ yr old Fitbit Blaze stopped giving text and phone notifications which is exactly why I liked it, along with the heart rate monitor. So-o-o-o, I bought the Versa Lite. As they say on their website they are having difficulty getting them to sync and receive notifications properly. Strange thing is that my friend ordered the same one as me, has the exact same IPhone and hers works fine. My granddaughters doesn't receive notifications and mine started receiving them sporadically this week. I really think QVC and the Fitbit rep knew this on the day I ordered it. I don't believe it is a Fitbit perse problem, but a technology problem on Fitbit side.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Fitbit Versa lite I didn't even have this for 2 months and it just quit charging and died. I went on line and bought a new cord thinking that was faulty, but to no avail. So I'm sending it back for one that works and now I see they don't even have the gray anymore which is really upsetting!!! Frustrating...I don't want the pink or blue but obviously that's what they will send me

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Sleep tracking stopped working after < two weeks I purchased this Versa when the sleep tracking on my Alta HR stopped working and nothing I did fixed it--nothing Fitbit recommended worked. Literally, the day my Versa arrived the Alta slowed sleep tracking. I went ahead and switched to the Versa anyway. Now less than two weeks after I started wearing it, it stopped tracking sleep stages, which is one of the main reasons I wear the thing. My opinion at this point is that Fitbit has a software issue that needs fixed. I'm very frustrated and disappointed with two Fitbit products now.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great watch, terrible customer support I upgraded to this from a Charge 2 for the more advanced features and ability to check stats without opening the app. So far I love it. I wish there were more free clock faces and that the music controls worked easier and more consistently. I haven't had syncing issues with Android, but there are a lot of people who have those problems with iOS, so that's something to be aware of if you have an iPhone. My big problem is with Fitbit customer support. The Versa Lite came with a one month trial of Fitbit Premium that I can't even use because the email address associated with the Fitbit account is not identical to the QVC email used to order. I've sent Fitbit everything short of blood to try and get the free month but they still won't do it. So take the included one month trial with a grain of salt.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Need deleted functions Loved the idea of getting a updated fitbit. This is missing what I loved the most about my last fitbit, the stairs. It won't stay synced to my phone, the battery may last 4 days max & the quick settings do not disturbe, sleep, brightness & screen wake keep turning off. If you don't need these consistently give it a try.
