Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disapointed This was my second fitbit, my first one was a charge 2, It stopped syncing and then the screen went black, it was out of warranty so i took a chance and bought this charge 3, which went out while it was under warranty so fitbit replaced it but now the replacement has gone out, all within a year and a half! I wasn't sure what to do i really like having a fitness tracker but it seems these things are not made to last! So i have decided to buy a Fitbit Versa with purchase of an extended warranty if i have problems with this one i'm done with Fitbit :-(

Rated 2 out of 5 by from ONLY LASTED 3 MONTHS PAST WARRANTY Purchased 2, one for myself and one for my daughter. Mine is still ok, but hers quit a few days ago. Don't recommend.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Should last longer Not only is it always blacking out and/or having to be reset. Then after only a little after a year it falls apart with no fixable solution. For what you pay for the Fitbit brand, it should last much longer. I'm not even a child that that doesn't pay attention to how you handle something. I take care of my purchases because I work hard for them. Very disappointed with both the brand and QVC for selling it.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from For The Price Don’t Buy It I loved the way it operated. After a year it stop working. For the price it should have lasted longer than a year. As soon as the warranty ran out it stops working. If I new that I would have never bought it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Failed just after the warranty ended I liked this FitBit in the beginning. But then the screen started to fail and eventually the screen stopped working which made the device useless. FitBit refused to replace it because they do not stand behind their own products.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from A birthday gifted FitBit just stopped working We had a couple of FitBits. When they work they are good. However, the FitBit we purchased for our son’s birthday just stopped working, for no apparent reason. QVC is always good about defects, but FitBit was not concerned about their item that just stopped functioning. They will not consider anything because it is slightly over a year old. The fact that it just stopped seemed to be of no concern to them...their customer service said sorry. It’s sad, but we’ll not be purchasing any other FitBit products from them.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Lasts Less Than 1 Yr I started having issues with this watch right at a year old. The face starts getting lines through the time,so you can barely read it.. Customer service for Fitbit is horrible. Phone said 10 min wait,after 20 min gave up. Went on Fitbit chat...I was 81st in line to wait. Go with another watch
