Rated 1 out of 5 by from Good for about 1 year I bought this watch about a year ago. Now the face of the watch is completely blacked out. You cannot see the time steps or any other details. Frustrating to pay this much and have it not even last more than a year.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from defaulted charging i loved this item when i got it but 6months later having trouble charging it. call QVC there no warrent thru them so i called fitbit n they walked me thru a reset bingo it working again if u have green lights working on fit bit BUT the charger is bad u need to buy a new charger BUT I AM VERY DISAPOINTED IN QVC i talked to on phone no help at all 6 month old n it wont charge 100 buch i have nothing but my advice be fore u toss your fitbit restart it my holding the side power button for 20 sec see if it restarts mine did but wen charge went out 1 week later i cant restart it green light r on but it wont restart what a disappointment QVC should recall our fitbits n get company to send us new one ,,,i feel there a reason QVC did not add the opp FOR US to buy insurance on it thru QVC THIS IS THE FIRST OF MANY ITEM I HAVE BOUGHT THAT IM VERY DISAPPOINTED IT

Both times, after using it for about 2 months, it just quit charging and wouldn't turn on again. QVC replaced the first one, am attempting to return this second one. I've had a fibit Charge 2 for 2 years and have not had any trouble with it - thank goodness I didn't give it away so I still had one to go back to. It has a cracked screen - reason why I ordered a Fitbit 3 to start with. Not impressed.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Battery is dead I ordered this Fitbit on Jan 1st, 2020. I was so excited to receive it. Started using it right away. I really liked it so I got my sister one for her birthday. I noticed yesterday (July 4th) my fit bit was blank. I charged it, thought I was good to go for the night. I woke up this morning, fitbit was blank again. so it seems the battery is dead. I have only had this about 6 months! What a waste. I'm going to write Fitbit also, The battery shouldn't die after 6 months.
