Description
Keep the bugs at bay with the DynaTrap insect trap. Its whisper-quiet design helps protect you from mosquitoes and other flying pests with a combination of UV light, carbon dioxide, and a built-in fan--meaning no harmful pesticides and no annoying zapping noise. Now you can enjoy outdoor peace of mind once more--even if your yard is a full acre in size!

Use this durable trap outside, away from where you want to sit, so that the bugs are attracted to the trap and not you. Since it's odor-free, you can also use it in your garage for bugs that find a way in. Hang it or leave it freestanding--either way, those little buggers are sure to buzz off, allowing you to enjoy the outdoors once again. From DynaTrap(R).

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not Happy with Performance I’ve had this for a couple of weeks now and I’m very unhappy with it’s performance. I would not recommend since I personally didn’t see a bit of difference in my yard.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not for me I watched this for a while and was on the fence about purchasing it. I recently saw an answer to a question from a Dynatrap rep that swayed my decision. My problem is gnats. Not mosquitos, not stinkbugs or whatever else they say this attracts. The rep stated this DOES attract gnats. This is completely false. I've given this over 30 days and I see absolutely no change. If moths are your problem, then sure it works. That's all it seems to be attracting. To me this is nothing more than a pricey bug zapper. Needless to say, this is going back.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wow. Just wow. I am so impressed with this dynatrap system! My cousin had ordered one for her pool area the previous year and I was surprised that there are just no bugs at all around the pool. I asked her about it and she said it was the dynatrap. So I ordered this one for the front of our house where we tend to have a lot of insects, especially in the spring and summer. Letting the dog in and out was also letting in the insects, so I was looking for an easy solution and this was it! It is amazing how it started to work right away and how much of a difference it has made in controlling the insect population. The first night I sat on the porch and watched it work. The concept is terrific and the design simply works. I am very pleased with this purchase and may consider purchasing another unit for the back of the house.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wow! Our 1 acre DynaTrap was delivered yesterday and we set it up on a shepherd hook in the backyard. We have three fairly wooded acres but only about 3/4 acre is fenced in and maintained as our backyard. I looked in the trap area this morning while feeding the birds and there had to be at least 100 mosquitoes in there! In just one night! We're thrilled with our DynaTrap and highly recommend it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Combo Plan I live in the Greenville area of upstate SC on a 20acre former farm. I have the 1 acre model for the porch, pool, front yard area. Being realistic I'm also using BThuringia (Mosquito Dunks & Bits) for places where I can't control standing water. There's a broken hot tub that currently holds some water, bird baths and a greenhouse. I also have carnivorous plants that sit in water. I recently pulled the saucers off my hanging plants not realizing they were breeding areas. If not for the Dynatrap and B Thuringia this place would be a black cloud of mosquitoes and I would not be able to be outside at all without major pesticides. It's not 100% mosquito free here but damned close. Close enough I can enjoy the porch, pool and get from the car to the house without being bitten. I will be buying more Dynatraps for places like the greenhouse and adjacent property. I hadn't realized till I read another review that I haven't seen any invasive stink bugs. Has to be the Dynatrap. I'll be dumping my trap in the bird feeder.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very pleased I bought this about a month ago, and we are very pleased. Ours came with the Atrakta, which lures the mosquitos in, I highly recommend that. I see they are on the wait list right now. Hope they get it back soon. We have caught all kind of bugs not just mosquitos.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not Great I bought this item last year and used it last summer and fall. It was OK, but not great. It helped just a little, but not to the level I expected, especially for what I paid for this unit. I would not buy this device again knowing what I know now.
