Dead Battery Replace Immediately
Received this MacBook in a timely manner, however, with it being a 2018, it has sat in a warehouse to long and the battery was dead. This would be ok if it only needed a charge. The batter will not hold a charge and after 3 hours plugged in it went to 1% and as soon as you unplug it, it dies. We called Apple and because the computer is out of warranty there is nothing that they can do but they said that the battery needs replaced in order for it to work. After calling customer service at QVC, we were immediately sent a new one, which unfortunately we had the EXACT same issue so both are going back to QVC.

Not one of my best purchases
We are loyal QVC customers. I was in the market for a new computer. Decided to purchase a Mac book pro simply because I am a apple product user. We all know a bundle from QVC is normally the best ever. Well the bundle accoressories here with this product are not Apple products. Therefore, they're not compatible with my Mac Pro Book. The 4 plug USB hub is not even work spending the extra money on the bundle deal. I called customer service. All they wanted to offer me was $10.00. They suggested that I send the entire computer and bundle back. Really! Mind you this is a $$200-$300 accessory kit that does not work. A computer is not worth having when it does not have USB ports. Since, January of this year we haven't had that many QVC success stories.

Reconditioned?
Would not hold a charge. Download/Startup was extremely slow even when plugged up.
Returned but have not seen update on my account.

would reconsider this product
ordered MacBook air received in a timely manner however it would not hold a charge first day needed a new battery , would only work if plugged in sent I back no issues returning wonderful customer service . I had it shipped back and was sent a replacement MacBook and the replacement had the same issue it would not hold a charge and would only work if plugged in so I finally gave up and I am hopefully receiving a full refund. I have order from QVC before and I have never had issues with any other products I don't know if it was an issue with this particular year model or just my luck, with that being said I would think twice before making this purchase

QVC HONESTY ANDINTEGRITY/Apple MacBook Air Retina
I can't remember ever having to wirte a review on a product: such as the one I am about write. This the second Apple MacBook that I had to return to QVC. The battery is defective and it is a refurbished product that is being sold as new. In addiiton when I call Apple and gave them the serial number they told me not only was it refurbished. All of the parts were out of warranty. I think QVC should take this product off their site or Be HONEST AND TELL CUSTOMERS It HAS A DEFECTIVE BATTERY AND IT IS A REFUBISHED PRODUCT. in additon they are selling it for what you could get a new one for. I received more concerns and apologies from APPLE than I did QVC. This was my grandson graduation present. Imagine his disappointment and mine. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Has been horrible
We have had to return two of these already within 24 hours of receiving them because they come with defective batteries that will not charge higher than 1%. This was a gift so this has been a horrible and embarrassing process.
