Rated 1 out of 5 by from MOLD I was horrified to open this up and see large amounts of black mold growing on the filter. I live in a desert environment..BEWARE!! of this product.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Comfortable Breathing I have owned many Humidifiers over my life. This unit is quite and seams to be doing a good job so far. I have only had this unit for 2 weeks. But is preforming well, the only issue I can see is how you fill the reserve water tank. This tank doesn't have a screw cap, which makes filling a bit difficult.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My second Humidifier I purchased this humidifier from a big box retailer a few years ago and found it to work exceptionally well in my apartment. I have floor to ceiling glass and the draft is unbelievable. Once the humidifier goes on, it helps heat the room much better. When it showed up on QVC I had to have another one for the bedroom. The best features are the automatic humidity, larger water capacity and no residue left on furniture. The filters are a bit expense too replace ($20/each) but for me they last about 1.5 months which is worth it to cut the dry air.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very nice! Just received this 2 days ago and easy to use and does the job! No white powder all over everything and sleeping well! It is a bit noisy but we deal with it as the results are awesome!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very good product I have a Kenmore version of this humidifier. I've had it about 3 years. I've had allergies for years and different humidifiers. This one has been very good as far as the filter type. You must add something to the water to keep mold growth down (ex. Humidifier conditioner, there is a product that comes in a little plastic ball, I have used a little bleach already). Filters are about $20.00. Suggestion: If you are not using it, be sure it is empty and possibly, lay filter out to dry. If you have trouble getting moisture going after you've used the filter and let it dry, try wetting the filter before running again (I pour water on it). All filter humidifiers have their issues. I've had one ultrasonic humidifier and was left with water all over wood floor in the morning.
