How do I use it: Prep your nail plate with alcohol or acetone to ensure there are no oils or residue on the nail. Apply Julep Nail Therapy Base Coat (not included). Apply two coats of Julep Nail Color. With every layer, make sure to seal your free edge, across the edge and under the tip of each nail. For quick-dry time and high shine, finish by applying a single layer of Freedom Polymer Top Coat (not included) over dry polish.
