Rated 5 out of 5 by from I Like It I did have to get some help tightening the screws for the handles but other than that it is a good step ladder. I think it will be great for decorating the Christmas tree and other high places and I felt good getting on it .

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Super safe for seniors. This is the best ladder for a senior .side rails to grab on to and 4 steps with a handle at the top step also. Super handy to reach the tops of frig or any thing that is higher then you can normally reach. Sturdy also. Love this ladder.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Secure I am 70 and my balance isn't like it use to be. I feel very safe on this ladder, the extra security with the handles is great. Very good investment.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from It's heavy It's a solid ladder. But, it is heavy... If I have to move it around my home frequently for odd job , that would be cumbersome. A quick job to reach to shelf in my closet, then ok I like to support rails

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Too heavy, hard to unpack and install The handle on the top is bent, so it can't be used. The box was too heavy and difficult to unpack. The nuts and bolts were not in a small bag, but loose in the box (the bag was ripped). I needed a wire cutter to cut through the wires holding the arm handles to the ladder. I would return it, but can't because it is too heavy, the box had to be destroyed to remove the ladder from it. I could not lift this to put it in my car to take to UPS. I bought this because I live alone and thought it would be helpful for chores around the house. Can't imagine lifting this and carrying it in from the garage.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love It!! This step ladder is wonderful. I have been using a little three step stool for things I do around the house, and then I saw this presented on air. I was a little unsure after reading some of the negative reviews, but don't be deterred. I am 68 and can move this around with no problem. I love it so much, that if I couldn't easily move this around, I would consider getting a second one for my upstairs and keep this one on the main floor. My front room has vaulted ceilings and a tall front window. I have a Halloween and a Christmas panel that I hang in the large center window. I was actually using my three step stool to climb on the sofa table (marble top) in front of the window to hang these at the holidays--a little scary. I can now easily hang these using this step ladder. So Happy!!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Only for a Strong Person I can move a piano on my own, but do not need a step ladder that weighs this much. Never got the package opened, did not want to sacrifice my tools on the tight boxing. My husband hurt his back just bringing it into house. Stress the weight, do not hide in the dimensions.
