Orange and Pineapple Ham Glaze

Use this fruity glaze to complement your spring holiday ham. This is also a great glaze to use in the summer with your favorite grilled meats, vegetables, or fruits.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup orange marmalade
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup crushed pineapple
  • 2 Tbsp orange juice
  • 1/2 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

Directions

Combine the marmalade, honey, pineapple, orange juice, cloves, and cinnamon in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes.

Cook's Notes

You can prepare this recipe up to two days ahead of time. Keep it refrigerated and reheat just before using.
