Ninja 1200 Watt 72 oz. Mega Kitchen System with 2 Cups
TERRIBLE FOR VEGTABLE JUICING
First let me say that for those who have ordered this mainly to juice, go buy yourself a juicer. This is not good for vegtable juicing. Food gets stuck along the sides of the glass and now I'm finding out that you have to add water when juicing for example if you are juicing carrots and other things together you need to add water or juice or you have to user a strainer to strain all the juice out of the pulp. Also, the blades are not catching the food correctly. Not what I had in mind and they did not tell you on the infomercial that you need to add juice or water to the food your trying to juice. I tried adding a little water and/or ice and it was terrible. The instruction booklet doesn't even tell you that but I called the Ninja company and they told me I had add either water or juice to the mixture. Well, as for smoothies it's good and I have not tried doing anything else since I just got this the other day. I may be sending mine back. It's pretty expensive and the jucing is terrible.
Works great but wish I had the 40 oz container with it. Most of the recipes in the bob walden book say use 40 oz..container.
ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!!!
My neighbor friends are running out to buy this as well! They fell in love with mine =))
Do not work
This blender do not mix frozen fruit like it say. Blake chip be careful with this one
I love this machine!
I've had mine for about 5 months and I am in love with this thing. I use it just about everyday for my vegetable and juice "blasts". I have used the larger pitcher to puree my soups and this weekend I used the dough station for the first time to make my pie crusts. I really like the versatility of the Ninja. I'm ordering another one for my brother
Great Kitchen Tool!
I purchased this locally for a few $$ more than QVC has it priced. I've owned it for about a year and use it for everything, cookie dough, cake batter, pesto, shakes, smoothies, etc. I find it to be extremely handy in my kitchen and would recommend to anyone who is looking for a sturdy blender with additional benefits. :)
What a great smoothie maker. With all the fresh fruits and vegetables from our garden this summer this has been a great asset to our kitchen and so,easy to use my husband even makes smoothies for himself after picking fruit. No problem chopping up the fruit and ice. The blades are very sharp so be careful washing!
This product does what it says it will do. I will keep using it for all of my chopping and blending needs. The smoothies are great but this does so much more. I can't wait to try to dough blade. I would recommend this product - a great value for the money.
Love, Love, Love my Ninja!!
I couldn't wait to open this package when it arrived on my door step. I drink meal replacement shakes for breakfast every morning so I love the travel mug. I add ingredients to the cup twist the blade cap on then I only blend for about 20 seconds and then I untwist the blade and twist my to go lid on.. I wish I had this sooner.. So much faster to clean up then having to always use the big blender option for just a single serving shake.. My husband also enjoys very much., He has been looking for recipes to use the NINJA!!!
Does what they claim it does!
I used this blender all of last summer to process all my garden produce for canning. Did a wonderful job emulsifying all my tomatoes down to juice for processing. Also used it for my wife's health drinks. Put in at least a dozen different types of fruits, vegetables, nuts, powders, etc. and it mixed them all perfectly into a nice smooth drink. I've had no problems with this unit. It works great. Vitamix might be a wonderful unit also, but they are so expensive, and this blender does just as good a job.
Is okay but not great
I own this machine. I bought this blender because I did not want to spend the extra money on the Vitamix, but at the end, I bought the Vitamix pro 750. The single serving cup on the Ninja works better than the full cup. I used do my smoothies in the big cup, and then will do it again in the single serving cup to get all the fruits and vegetable really smooth. With Vitamix I don't have to that. People who own both the Ninja and the Vitamix knows what I am talking about. So yeah you get what you pay.
Love my Ninja
I bought this Ninja because I was tired of spending $20 every year to replace my blender. I saw the presentation and was sold and when I received it I went to work. I made a raspberry ice cream that my kids loved. I also make many snow cones during the hot summer month and I made many cocktails and used it to process foods. I make shredded beer and shredded chicken and pulling it apart with a fork after a while gets very tiring. I placed it in the Ninja and within seconds it was shredded to perfection.
The only thing is the first time I used it I didn't realize the pitcher wasn't on right and was going crazy. I was reading the manual and couldn't figure out what I was doing wrong but then I finally realized and it works great.
