Originally created for David's Strawberry Salad with a Balsamic Reduction

Ingredients

  • 1 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup strawberries, chopped

Directions

Heat the vinegar, sugar, and strawberries in a small stockpot until boiling. Reduce the heat to medium-low and cook until the mixture thickens and reduces by half. Strain and let the mixture cool.
