Grapefruit Dressing

Originally created for David's Mandarin Spring Salad with Grapefruit Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup fresh grapefruit juice
  • 3 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 1 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp grapefruit zest

Directions

Place all the ingredients in a food processor and purée until the dressing is smooth. Refrigerate until ready to use.
