Love everything bagels? Love popcorn? You're in luck! This recipe gives you the best of both worlds.
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Serves: 2–4
Preheat oven to 350℉. Add the 2 Tbsp of butter and the popcorn to a 4–6-quart pot with a lid.
Pop according to stove-top directions on the popcorn package.
When done popping corn, mix the poppy seeds, sesame seeds, minced onion, minced garlic, and sea salt in a small bowl. Add the almond milk and stir together.
Sprinkle the spice mixture over the popcorn and toss several times until the mixture start to coat the popcorn.
Spread the mixture over a baking sheet. Be sure to scrape any leftover seasoning out of the bowl and sprinkle it over the popcorn. Place in the oven for 5–7 minutes or until toasted and warm.
Serve.
You can use your favorite butter or oil replacing the plant-based butter.
