Serves: Depends on protein used
Add all ingredients in a mixing bowl and whisk together. Place mixture in a spice grinder and blend until it reaches a fine consistency.
When using a spice rub, first season your protein with salt, then generously rub with the coffee spice mixture.
Prepare with beef, pork, veal, and/or scallops.
To add a smokier flavor to the rub, substitute regular paprika with smoked Spanish paprika.
