What's your return policy?

QVC wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not satisfied for any reason, our return policy allows you to send back returns-eligible merchandise within 30 days of the date you received the package for a refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping & handling and Q Return Label fee. If an item is returned due to defect, QVC was in error, or request for exchange/replacement, QVC will refund the shipping & handling and will not deduct the Q Return Label fee. Purchases from QVC and the use of QVC services are subject to our General Terms & Conditions of Use and our Privacy Policy, which can be found at the bottom of the QVC.com homepage. Do you offer an extended return policy during the holidays?

Yes, you can shop with confidence this holiday season! Any holiday gift you purchase now until December 21 at 11:59am ET can be returned for any reason for a refund of the purchase price, minus the S&H and Q Return Label fee, until 1/31/19, or exchanged for a free replacement of the same item in a different color or size. Restrictions may apply.

How can I return or exchange an item?

Step 1: Start by completing the return form of the pack slip that came with your item. Be sure to fill in all information, including the reason for your return, and if you'd like to receive an exchange or refund.

Step 2: Repack all contents in the original packaging. Some items consist of several parts or pieces. Always return the entire item or set for a replacement or refund. Note: please do not mix jewelry and non-jewelry items.

Step 3: Choose a return method:

Option A: Use the Q Return Label provided with your pack slip. If you lost your pack slip, you can print a new one from your Order Status.

Option B: Use a shipping carrier of your choice.

Step 4: Cover/remove all original shipping labels on the box or package it arrived in.

If you're using the Q Return Label, remove the label and affix it to your package. Detach and enclose the return form of your pack slip using the perforated line. Keep the remaining pack slip until your return is processed. Return the package to one of the carriers listed on the Q Return Label. Charges for the Q Return Label appear right on the label. Your return fee is deducted from your refund, or for check orders, deducted from merchandise credit. Purchasing insurance is not necessary because it's included with the label charges. If an item is returned due to defect, QVC was in error, or request for exchange/replacement, QVC will refund the shipping & handling and will not deduct the Q Return Label fee.

If you're returning through a shipping carrier of your choice, select ground service and insure the item for full value of the merchandise being returned. Remember to enclose the completed return form in the package. Keep the remaining pack slip for your records. Send your package to the QVC return address provided on the Q Return Label.

For returns, credits to a credit card will be applied upon processing, but may not appear on your statement for one to two billing cycles.


How do I return an item when I only have one return label and multiple items to return?

We want to keep the return process as easy as possible! You can return as many—or as few—of the items that arrived together in one box with the one return label you received, and you'll only be charged for one return label fee. If you need to return items from different shipments at one time, you can use one box and one return label as well. If you misplaced the original return label, you can simply print another one from Order Status on QVC.com.


How do I return an Auto-Delivery item?

If for any reason you're not satisfied, our return policy allows you to send back returns-eligible merchandise within 30 days of the date you received the package for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping & handling and Q Return Label fee. If an item is returned due to defect, QVC was in error, or request for exchange/replacement, QVC will refund the shipping & handling and will not deduct the Q Return Label fee.

Simply follow the return instructions on the pack slip that's included with your shipment. You may also contact Customer Service at 888-345-5788. Returning one shipment won't cancel your entire Auto-Delivery plan; you'll continue to receive future shipments according to the shipment schedule for your product. If you choose to make two consecutive returns for refunds in your Auto-Delivery plan but still wish to remain enrolled in the plan, please contact Customer Service to arrange for future deliveries. Otherwise, QVC will automatically cancel your Auto-Delivery plan. Please contact Customer Service before returning perishable items such as food or plants.


How do I return an item with in-home or doorway delivery?

To return your item, make sure it's in a box/packaging and contact QVC. QVC does not provide boxes or packaging for returns.


What if my in-home or doorway delivery item is damaged or defective?

We do our best to ensure all of our products arrive to you in perfect condition. If your in-home or doorway delivery item arrives damaged, please contact QVC immediately and we'll make sure your issue is resolved. If you notice damage at the time of delivery, please make note of the damage on the delivery paperwork, or you may refuse the shipment. If you've already accepted delivery, please contact QVC for assistance.


How can I check on the status of my return?

There are three ways you can access information about your return:

  1. Check your Order Status online.
  2. Call our Automated Customer Service line at 800-367-9444.
  3. Speak to a Customer Representative at 888-345-5788.

How can I schedule a pickup for my return?

Returns couldn't be simpler! If your Q Return Label says "Parcel Return Service" in the center of the label, your package is eligible for a return pickup through the US Postal Service. This means your postal carrier will pick up your package at no additional cost. You don't even need to be home at the time of the pickup. The Q Return Label fee will be deducted from your return refund.

To schedule a USPS pickup for your return, follow the below steps:

  1. Check the Q Return Label on your pack slip to be sure a pickup can be scheduled for your item. Look for "Parcel Return Service" in the center of the label. If you no longer have the pack slip or it does not provide a Q Return Label, print a return label here or contact Customer Service to ensure the item can be picked up.
  2. Attach the Q Return Label to your package.
  3. Schedule a USPS return pickup here. Simply fill in the required fields in the online form.
  4. Once you've completed the form, the pickup is scheduled. Just be sure to leave your package at the designated pickup location.
  5. You'll receive an email confirmation for your scheduled pickup. Also, the US Postal Service will leave a paper receipt in the location where you left your package.
  6. Track your return on QVC.com in the Order Status section.

How do I return an item that's defective or was shipped to me incorrectly?

No worries! You don't need to call QVC. If you receive a defective item, or we sent you the wrong one, you may return the product within 30 days using the Q Return Label. On the return form, select "Replaced with same item" or "Exchanged for same item in a new size or color" and we'll correct the issue. When we receive the return, we'll refund the shipping & handling paid and not deduct for the Q Return Label.

Exchange Policy

What's your policy for exchanges?

If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, our return policy allows you to send back returns-eligible merchandise within 30 days of the date you received the package for an exchange. Simply use the Q Return Label within 30 days of receipt to return your item for a free replacement of the same item in a different color or size. If your request for an exchange results in any additional merchandise or shipping costs, and you paid by credit card, your credit card will be charged for those additional costs. Payment methods other than a credit card may result in an order cancellation & a refund may be issued. If the requested exchange is no longer available, including items on waitlist and advance order, QVC will issue a refund and not deduct the Q Return Label fee.

Q Return Label

What's a Q Return Label?

A Q Return Label is a special bar-coded label that's affixed to your order's pack slip and can be used to return the majority of items back to QVC.

Using this label gives you the convenience of sending back an item without having to insure your package and without having to wait in line at the Post Office or a Shipping Center to purchase return shipping. The Q Return Label contains all the information about your order so that return shipping fees are deducted from your refund. For returns due to QVC error, item defect(s), or request for exchange/replacement, there's no charge for use of the Q Return Label. For returns, credits to a credit card will be immediately applied upon processing, but may not appear on your statement for one to two billing cycles.


How much does it cost to use the Q Return Label?

Q Return Label fees are deducted from your refund and are based on the original weight of your item in its original packaging. Q Return Label costs are subject to change at any time, without prior notification. Restrictions and limitations may apply.

0 to 5 lbs: $6.95

5.01 to 10 lbs: $8.95

10.01 to 150 lbs: $10.95

 

Will a Q Return Label allow me to track my return?

Yes, when you use a Q Return Label:

  • Your Q Return Label has its own assigned tracking number.
  • Just click on the Order Number of the item you returned. Click on the Track Your Return link in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen.

If you choose to return your item through a carrier of your choice, you'll need to check with the carrier about the tracking options available.


What should I do if I misplaced my pack slip/Q Return Label?

If you lost your pack slip/Q Return Label, or your pack slip doesn't provide a Q Return Label, you can easily print one on QVC.com. Just go to Order Status and click on the Order Number of the item you'd like to return or exchange. Then, click on the Print Return Label link in the lower right-hand corner of your screen. In three simple steps, you'll have your return label. Here's what you do:

Step 1: Choose a return method and click Continue.

Step 2: Complete the Q Return Label information and click Continue.

Step 3: Click on the Print Return Label button, and follow the instructions for returning the item.
