Made with fruit and nuts, this snack is a great way to start your new year on a healthier note!
Prep Time: 15 Minutes
Serves: 7
Slice apples horizontally into 1/2"-thick slices. This will yield seven complete apple sandwiches with roughly 14 slices, depending on apple size.
Line up 7 apple slices and smear 1 tablespoon of peanut butter around on apple. Continue this on all 7 pieces until peanut butter is gone.
Place raspberries down next, using 4–5 pieces per "sandwich."
Sprinkle roughly chopped almonds on top, then top with other apple slice.
Change up this recipe by subbing in blueberries or strawberries.
