Getting a QVC Account is easy and free! There are several ways to become a QVC Customer:

Virtually every item you see on air can be viewed and purchased online at QVC.com. QVC.com also offers thousands of items that are not presented on air. Ordering just takes a few steps. Simply find the item you want, view key features on the Product Detail page, and click the Add to Cart button. Once you've completed your shopping, click the Checkout button.

Automated Ordering

Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, automated ordering is a fast and easy way to order the current on-air item, the Today's Special Value®, or a known item number. What if I forget my password?

What is "Continue Without Signing In"?

If you're having trouble remembering your password, you can check out without signing in by reentering all of your bill-to, ship-to, and payment information. We'll make every attempt to securely find your account. If we cannot identify your account, simply reset your password or add a password to your account by following the prompts. Or, you can call Customer Service for assistance at 888-345-5788.

What happens when I continue to check out without a password?

We provide you the option to place an order on your account without entering a password. Because no password is used, you'll need to reenter all of your bill-to, ship-to, and payment information. We'll attempt to locate your account with the information you provide. Once we've successfully located your account and the order has been placed, that order will appear on your account in your Order History. In order to see your Order Status or Order History, you're required to sign in with your password.

What does it mean if an item is only available through Waitlist?

The Waitlist option is offered when an item is sold out, and there is a reasonable expectation that the item will return to stock within 45 days. Although placing an order on our Waitlist is not a guarantee that stock will be received, it is a good way of reserving an item if it does come into stock. If we are unable to fulfill your order, you will be notified within 45 days.

What's the Item On Air link?

Located at the top of the homepage under Shop QVC TV or the mobile Menu, the Item On Air feature allows you to view a still image and description of the product currently on air in our live broadcasting studios.

What's a Wish List?

Our Wish List tool lets you keep track of the products you are interested in buying before you actually buy them. As you shop, just click Add to Wish List, and that item will be added to your Wish List. The Wish List feature is not a gift registry but is a great way of sharing what you want with your friends and family.

What is Speed Buy?

Speed Buy automatically uses the current data on your account: name, bill-to address, and QCard or your last payment method.

  • Your item will be shipped to your bill-to address, and/or permanent ship-to address, on file.
  • Your item will be shipped via Standard shipping & handling.
  • Your order will be billed to your QCard. If you don't have a QCard, your last payment method will be charged: either the last credit card you used or your PayPal account, if you have linked PayPal to your QVC account.
  • If the item is available on Easy Pay, that payment option will be applied.
  • If you're using your QCard to order and the item is available for more than the 3 Easy Payments offered through our Easy Pay Every Day QCard benefit, Speed Buy will default to the higher number of Easy Payments. If the item is not otherwise available on Easy Pay, Speed Buy will automatically default to 3 Easy Payments if you order with your QCard.
  • If you check out using Speed Buy, QCard Special Financing™ will not be available.

Why can't I use Speed Buy when I check out without a password?

For security purposes, we don't default to any of your account information on an order placed without a password. If you check out without a password, you'll need to reenter all of your bill-to, ship-to, and payment information. If you'd like to use Speed Buy to automatically use your default account information, you must sign in with your password.

Does QVC offer gift wrap service?

Yes! You can request gift wrap with many QVC products, for an additional fee. Your package will be wrapped in attractive, heavyweight paper—in a fresh, new color for each season—and adorned with a luxurious matching ribbon. The gift wrap service also comes with a note card printed with your own message.

If the package is sent directly to another ship-to name or address, the price will be omitted from the pack slip. You'll be sent a separate order confirmation for your records. Note: You must use Standard Checkout to send to another ship-to name or address.

  • When ordering online, look for Gift Options on the Shopping Cart page and choose Gift Wrap and Card, if the option is available. You'll then be prompted to type in your card message as you proceed to place your order.
  • When ordering by phone with a Customer Service Representative, request the QVC gift wrap service.
  • We do not offer gift wrap through our Automated Ordering.

You will see the gift wrap charge added to your order in the Shopping Cart next to the item you have chosen to get wrapped.

Can I include a personal message with my order?

Yes, for most products, QVC offers a free personalized pack slip gift message service. When you choose this service, QVC will print a personal message on the package's pack slip for no charge.

If the package is sent directly to another ship-to name or address, the price will be omitted from the pack slip. You will be sent a separate order confirmation for your records. Note: You must use Standard Checkout to send to another ship-to name or address.

  • When ordering online, look for Gift Options on the Shopping Cart page and choose Packing Slip Message, if available. You'll then be prompted to type in your message as you proceed to place your order.
  • When ordering by phone with a Customer Service Representative, request QVC's personalized pack slip gift message service.
  • We do not offer a pack slip gift message through our Automated Ordering.

How can I stop seeing the ads that appear on QVC.com?

You can opt out of online behavioral advertising by visiting the Digital Advertising Alliance (DAA) or the Network Advertising Initiative (NAI). Please note, opting out of online behavioral advertising does not mean you will not receive any advertising while shopping on QVC.com. It simply means you will no longer see ads conducted through specific networks, as provided by their policies. If you delete your cookies or use a different browser, a different computer, or other device, you will need to opt out of online behavioral ads again.

What payment options are available?

QVC accepts QCard and all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club, plus PayPal, including PayPal Credit, and QVC Gift Cards. QVC also accepts all MasterCard and Visa debit cards, as well as personal checks. Please note: certain payment methods, including prepaid cards, may not be available for items purchased with Easy Pay.

What is Easy Pay?

With Easy Pay, you can receive an item now and pay monthly installments at no extra charge with your QCard, major credit card, or PayPal account.

What's a QCard?

A QCard is QVC's credit card issued exclusively to registered QVC shoppers. It's the quickest and easiest way to shop QVC, QVC outlet stores, QVC.com & zulily.com and offers a single line of credit. Also, a QCard speeds up order processing, since your information is already stored in the system. Apply for a QCard now!

How can I manage my QCard account online?

  3. You will need your 11-digit (older QCard numbers) or 16-digit (newer QCard numbers) QCard number on hand.

How do I use PayPal on QVC.com or QVC's apps and digital shopping options?

When you select your item to order, you can choose PayPal Express and select the PayPal button on the product screen to checkout. Select this when you already have a PayPal account, if you use PayPal Credit or want to open a brand new PayPal account you can use with QVC or anywhere PayPal is accepted. PayPal’s options will appear and guide you to purchase your item with PayPal.

Is PayPal Credit different from PayPal?

  • Yes, PayPal Credit is a credit line that customers* can apply and be approved for and can be the only one or one of many payment methods within the PayPal Account.
  • For example: Emily has a PayPal Account. In that account, she has linked her credit card, a credit union debit card, and a PayPal Credit account as various funding sources to pay for PayPal transactions. *U.S. customers only, subject to credit approval.

If I select PayPal, can I also have Easy Pay on my order?

Yes.

When will my order be processed if I pay by check?

Your order cannot be processed until we receive payment. Please be sure to promptly mail your check with the order number written on the check. If your check is not received within 10 days, your order will automatically be cancelled.

I've paid by check before. Why can't I pay with a check if I check out without using my password?

For security purposes, we don't allow checks as a payment option for customers who choose to check out without using their password.

State Requirements

Why am I charged sales tax on internet orders?

QVC is registered with your state to collect sales or use tax, as appropriate, on taxable items shipped to your state. Most states require that we tax Shipping & Handling as well. The passage of the Internet Tax Freedom Act and similar state statutes has no effect on QVC's current obligation to collect such taxes. Please note that sales and use tax collected is remitted by QVC to your state taxation authority as required by law. These monies are not retained by QVC.

What's the California Electronic Waste Recycling Fee?

California's Electronic Waste Recycling Act of 2003 requires a recycling fee be paid on applicable electronics being shipped into California. The amount of the recycling fee, assessed at the time of purchase, varies depending on the size and type of the electronics item and is determined by several agencies within the state of California. QVC adds this mandatory recycling fee to the Shipping & Handling charge of any applicable products shipped into California.

What is California Proposition 65?

The Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986, commonly known as “Proposition 65” or “Prop 65,” requires businesses to provide warnings to Californians about exposures to chemicals that cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm. Proposition 65 requires the State of California to publish a list of chemicals known to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm; this list currently includes approximately 900 chemicals. Proposition 65 enables Californians to make informed decisions about their exposures to these chemicals.

A Proposition 65 warning does not mean that a product is in violation of any product safety standards or other requirements. Additionally, although a Proposition 65 warning is only required for products destined for California, QVC, like most retailers, does not segregate its inventory destined for California from its inventory destined for other states, which is why a product purchased and delivered to a state other than California may bear a Proposition 65 warning. QVC incorporates this unique tax into our Shipping & Handling charge to ensure the correct collection and remittance of this tax to the North Carolina Department of Revenue.

No, the North Carolina White Goods Disposal Tax is a flat tax and is not subject to further tax.

What's the North Carolina Wireless Prepaid Card/Phone 911 Service Charge?

North Carolina implemented a 911 Wireless Point-of-Sale Collection law on July 1, 2013. The state of North Carolina requires that a 911 Service Charge be paid on wireless prepaid cards/phones shipped into North Carolina. The amount of the 911 Service Charge is determined by the North Carolina Department of Revenue. QVC adds this mandatory 911 Service Charge to the Shipping & Handling charge of any applicable products shipped into North Carolina.
