What are QVC Text Alerts?
QVC Text Alerts provide on-the-go customers the added convenience of interacting with us via text alerts. You can opt in to receive order & shipping notifications, Today's Special Value® & promotional text alerts, plus order products with QVC's Mobile SpeedBuy®.
How do I opt into & out of QVC Text Alerts?
You must be registered as a QVC account member. Once you have a QVC account, you can select your Text Alert preferences by visiting our Email & Mobile Preferences page found under My Account. You'll receive Text Alerts from 78246 ("QVCGO").
Text "HELP" for help. Text "STOP" to cancel. Message and data rates may apply. The number of Text Alerts you'll receive will vary based on your selections and the frequency that you place orders with QVC.
Is my phone compatible with QVC Text Alerts?
Almost all cell phones (97%) allow you to send and receive text alerts. Please contact your cell phone carrier if you want to confirm that your phone is text-ready.
If I change carriers but keep the same phone number, will I need to sign up again?
Yes. Please call 1-800-600-0295 to update your customer information.
Is there a charge for QVC Text Alerts?
While QVC Text Alerts are free to opt into, standard carrier message and data rates may apply. Please consult your cell phone carrier service regarding fees.
What do you do with my personal cell phone number?

What is QVC Text Ordering?
QVC Text Ordering lets you order products via text messaging. Purchases will be charged to your QCard®. If you don't have a QCard, the credit card you last used to make a purchase will be charged.
Please note: Currently, products requiring additional selections—such as color or size—may not be ordered via text message.
How do I opt into & out of QVC Text Ordering?
